      I had 25 plus years worth of our lives on my external hard drive that one day just decided to quit working. Military information, checking/savings accounts information, photos, years of genealogy research and photos, videos....all just out of my reach on a non-working drive. I contacted Secure Data Recovery and was immediately contacted by *************************. He walked me through the process, and was there for each and every question I had. He made a stressful situation so incredibly easy that I'm literally still in awe! The company was able to recover all my data! I've already been directing people to Secure Data Recovery based solely on ******** customer service. He was kind, understanding, helpful, and just amazing! I appreciate all your help, ******!       I had a portable camera with onboard memory get wet and would not power back on. I sent it off to secure data recovery. They were able to quote me a fair price and got the work done quickly. They recovered the media off the device and sent back the hardware as well. Easy to work with and great outcome. Thanks.

      I had a 1T hard drive fail, so I exhausted all option available but couldnt get the data back. I reached out to Secure Data Source and they found there was a mechanical issue with the hard drive, but were able to use their expertise to extract the data from my hard drive. Ive talked to several people within the company, and all have been great to work with, including *****. Thank you for everything!

      Secure Data Recovery Services were excellent to work with. I solicited quotes from 3 service providers, and they provided the best price/value. The communication with *** was timely and excellent, and they recovered 99% of the data from my failed hard drive. I highly recommend their services!

      I thought I had done everything right when buying my new computer: purchasing an external hard drive, transferring data, formatting the old computer. But then, the data transfer from the external hard drive to my new computer (or even any other computer) wasn't working! It contained my whole life: tax documents, family recipes, work files, and... all the photos of my children. My world collapsed. Thanks to Secure Data Recovery, to whom I sent the external hard drive, I quickly and for free received a diagnosis of the problem and a proposed solution to recover my data. Once I entrusted them with the task, everything was done quickly and 100% of my data was recovered! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude towards this company. They have my complete trust. A huge thank you to **** in particular, who guided me throughout the process and was very reassuring. I recommend them without any hesitation!

      This company SAVED me! 100% data recovery was the goal, but I understand that this is not always possible. The drive I had was considered severely damaged and was no longer running or accessible. Despite this, **** and SDRS were able to recover the vast majority of my data. **** was very pleasant and took the time to clearly explain to me what my issue was and how it could be addressed.
