  One day my USB flash drive would not open the folders I had saved on it. I was in a panic to get it fixed because I carried that thing everywhere with me as it contained very important work information. I work in the accounting **** at our company and put all the important tax docs and filed info in there and didn't have anything saved to my computer ******* learned! Save everything to your computer as well). ************************* helped me throughout the whole process. ****** was great at communicating everything that had to be done and did it all in a timely matter. He quickly answered any questions and explained everything I needed to know. I received a new flash drive with the files that they were able to save within 2 months. LIFESAVERS!

We had a major drive failure at a critical time and they were able to work with us to get things back on track in a hurry. **** was available to guide us through the process and he and his colleagues worked together very well. Everything was recovered and we're back to work.

  I went to secure data when a 4 TB hard drive of mine with 3 years of work suddenly crashed on me. I'm a photographer and normally keep a second backup of all my work, but hadn't backed up in a few months and the other drive that I had backed everything else up to was not responding either (!!).Thankfully I was all caught up on work and had delivered all my galleries up to that point, and was able to send my drive in before a long holiday weekend. Secure data sent me over their pricing, and while it was more than I was hoping to spend, I also knew that it being for my business it needed to be done (hello, tax write off).They were so professional and confident they could get back all my data. They also made it clear that if they couldn't for some reason, I wouldn't be charged.Within a week they had sent me a preview of the recovered data. 95% recovery! Any files that weren't recovered weren't super important or were backed up on other drives I had. I approved for them to do the recovery and they shipped back a new drive and within a couple days I had all my files again, as if nothing had ever happened.I'm so thankful for experts like these, especially when events like this happen. Back up your stuff, but when those backups fail, you can trust secure data will take care of you! ****** was great to work with the entire way.Thank you Secure Data Recovery!!

  I sent in a 4 TB Western Digital internal *** that I thought was only a data issue as the drive had become de-initialized and could not be accessed by my computer or other adapter devices that I had tried. Assuming that the drive was done for I decided to send it in to Secure Data Recovery services to check and see if the data could be saved. When I called them, ********************* took my call and started to walk me through the process of recovery. **** set me up to have the *** dropped off at a local store to be shipped to **** for their technicians to check out the drive. Two days later I received word that in fact there were two read/write heads that had severe damage and there was light platter damage where the heads had contacted them. The good news was that 99.9% of the data was recoverable. Only four files that were located in the area of the platters were the heads struck were not retrievable. **** told me about the results of the investigation and then presented me with several options for recovery if I chose to go forward with the plan. We were able to come up with an option that worked for my budget, time frame of recovery, and for all the data to be saved and placed on a new ***. The files that were recoverable and the files that were damaged were all presented to me in a link so that I could determine if I wanted to save everything or just pick what files I wanted. The damaged 4TB *** was just about full of data files, video files, pictures, and documents, and I chose to save all possible files that could be saved. I submitted the ***D on 7/23/24 and on 8/8/24 the new *** with all the data was back to me and ready for use. I can't thank **** and Secure Data Recovery Services enough for taking care of my failed drive and keeping me updated and informed every step of the way. I hope I never have to use their services again but in the event I have another *** that fails, they will be my first call!!! Great job and thanks again!! -******************

  After my mobile phone was damaged by "professionals" during a simple display replacement job, the phone would not turn on and the data was lost. After some research, I found SDRS and sent my damaged device thinking I may never recover the information, but I had nothing to lose at this point. They promptly diagnosed the problem and recovered 100% of the files. It was a good and professional experience with them, and I will use their services if this happens again.
