      When my hard drive stopped working before I was able to back up a good amount of video content I had recently captured, I panicked. However, *************************** and the team at Secure Data Recovery were very patient, helpful and communicative through the process of recovering all of it. I was able to drop off the drive at B&H in *********, and they shipped it back to my home. Highly recommended.

      I am truly grateful for finding this company. I had a complicated situation with an urgent need for a quick turnaround time. **** was incredibly understanding and friendly regarding my scenario. I felt like he went above and beyond.       My external hard drive showed an error while ejecting from the computer. We couldn't access data on the drive important for work and personal life spanning over a decade. The secure data team was efficient in picking up my media (same day!) diagnosing the problem, and fixing it, while providing me updates every step of the way. The found competitive pricing for my solution. Overall it was a very easy and efficient process. Highly recommend.

      Truly ************************* to interact with!My name is ********** My Hard Disc suddenly started crashing and I could no longer access the data no matter what repair utility I had tried. I then researched Secure Data Recovery Company. I then called them whereby I had then communicated to ***************************. Just as ****** job titled states: Dedicated Account Representative, he truly is very professional and dedicated. He assured me, I have nothing to lose and all to possibly gain since currently the drive was not working and having the company analyze it. Once the drive was analyzed he then contacted me of the finding and shared that so much of the drive could be saved, only a few bad sectors. He then discussed the cost to recover the data, payment plan with no interest charge if I was interested in and that it would be ok to use a blank drive, I supplied to copy the good data recovered from the bad drive and restored to the new drive. He even shared that he waves the shipping costs in returning the drive back. ***** was just not someone who answered the initial call, he assured me that he would be the same person to communicate through the entire service process. He truly kept to his word on that. There was no confusion since I was dealing with the same person throughout the entire process till its conclusion. Both ***** & the entire Secure Data Recovery Company went beyond their call of duty and saw that I received all equipment back as well as the data saved was the most important that they achieved. Getting back my needed personal data was priceless and greatly appreciated. I would truly recommend Secure Data Recovery Company and having ***** be ones Dedicated Account Representative. ***** is truly DEDICATED!!       **** and the Secure Data Recovery team were amazing! My hard drive was in bad shape and they were able to recover about 95% of the documents in there, with a super fast turnaround. Great company, will be a returning customer if the service is needed in the future!

      During an update of my computer, my hard drive got completely wiped. This was with the help of the people at the store I bought it at and all they could say was "huh, that shouldn't have happened". Through searching I was able to find SDRS and could not be happier. I had 15 years worth of memories, music and important documents on my computer that were completely gone in an instant. I worked with ***** and his team and they were so helpful throughout the process. Initially, they thought they would not be able to retrieve a lot of my data, at that point I was happy to just get somethings back. Upon completion of the work they retrieved almost everything. I am so thankful businesses like this exist because with technology, anything can happen.
