      Awesome experience getting my data back after a laptop crash. Communication through the process was extremely good and getting the card there and data back was surprisingly fast. I appreciated that they worked with me on the price to match my budget. Would definitely recommend using them again!

      We bought an exterior hard drive to store and back up all the videos and pictures of our first-born child, one whole year of memories since the day he was born. One month after saving all this data, the external hard drive crashed, and we couldn't access anything. My wife was devastated. I researched for a reliable and fair priced company for help and I found Secure Data Recovery. From the first call, they were accurate, informative and very professional.       I had excellent communication from ***** and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery if you had a hard drive or flash drive that crashed. It was a very smooth process, and they recovered most of my data from my defective hard drive.

      I contacted *************** regarding my MyBook external hard drive's failure to operate. They had no record of my drives serial number and no longer supported repair on my model. They stated I would need to contact a data recovery service, and sent me a list of their recommended companies. I contacted several and the first to reply was Secure Data Recovery. I was contacted by **** *********, a *********** Specialist. He was so efficient and thorough in explaining their recovery system. He made me feel comfortable about the care and security of recovering my data. After talking to him I felt like one of their family. They work with everyone from individuals to large corporations. Their website is well done and explains the process from start to finish. Everything is explained in an easy to understand way. Most importantly, your data is secure. **** sent me a label to apply to my package, making my shipping experience so easy. The recovery process was well documented every step of the way. My data was recovered in less time than they anticipated and was put on a new drive for me. As my original drive was inoperable, I did not want it returned, and **** let me know they could destroy it securely, which was a big relief for me living a rural area. I highly recommend this company and if you have a chance ask for ****, he will get you through a stressful situation seamlessly.

He walked me through the process, explained the likelihood of recovering my data and delivered my data when he said he would. ******* and colleagues were available by phone and really helped me calm down about the potential loss of my data.
