      I was glad to obtain pictures of my family that I could not access for many years. These pictures had been stored on an old Zip drive, and I no longer had access to that drive. Justin supported the process.

      This company had my device for 5 months. They are terrible at communicating with you, the customer. I tried contacting Chris, who was assigned my case and after I approved the work, I didn't hear from him until he asked for this review. They automatically charged me credit card $1139. without my authorization. After no communication for 5 months.

      I told this company to cancel the service and was still charged. I highly recommend anyone to never do business with them. I am still in the process of cancelling the payment. Customer service won’t answer phone calls. This company runs like a fraudulent scam artists.
