      I worked with George at SalvageData. I had nothing but great service. Not only was he friendly, he gave me realistic time estimates. They were always fulfilled, which is very important to me.
      I was terrified, since there was photos on my drive of someone I recently lost. George kept me informed throughout the process. He gave me the likelihood of retrieval. I would definitely use SalvageData again, if needed. I would also refer someone that needed data retrieval, to SalvageData.

      I originally sent my drive to ******** as I had warranty. They sent me a drive full off different files and expected me to complete the raid, didn’t give instruction and eventually told me the data was lost. I called Salvage data as a last attempt to save data. George P**** was great from the start, explaining everything and walking me through each step. They were able to recover all my data!!!! It was a bit expensive but I had files I absolutely needed. Yes, I learned my lesson to back up files, but Salvage Data came through when I needed it. I would definitely use them again, not ********.

      Repeat customer here, I find Data Salvage to be reputable. Quick and easy handling, they provide great service. It is an expensive service so the cost may come as a shock. But worth it in my opinion,
      I rate 4 stars only bc cost is high (too high in my opinion), and the communication sometimes can be exhausting.
      But will return and recommend to others!!!
