      Greenix Pest Control have always gone the extra yard to ensure customer satisfaction in my opinion. Their representative ***** provided a professional, courteous and thorough pest control service diligently at my home today. The area Manager, ***** also paid a follow up visit to ensure my past issue with ants had been resolved. Thanks to both for their wonderful service level.

      Representative *************************** did a great job today! Fall is around the corner, and the rodents are looking for a warm place for the winter. ****************** helpful service today will prevent any interior problems this winter.

      This business is a scam, they are making charges but people who suppose to come-over never show up until you call and scream on them. And that is suppose to be bugs service. The we they are spraying you could do better with ********** bug spray for $10. Stay away! Cancelation fees are $250.

      Worst company ever! We were caught in the middle of moving in our house by the sales person. They tied us into a ************************************* its an extra $45 per month plus the service which is around $70 and was done every three months, after paying them $245 for the most aweful service. Did not do what the said they do. Tried to cancel but they want $245 cancellation fee. Decided to ride it out and see what happens now getting texts they cant do the service this month but will reschedule.. I am so disappointed in this company I am contemplating paying the cancellation fee and call it a ****** learned. !!!!

      When we started with Greenx, in 2020, we had a terrible problem with ants. At first they seemed to go away after spring went into summer. BUT, they came back every spring and always had mounds in the yard near the house. They gave us ant traps that worked nicely in the house but the last time they provided traps, 2022, they did not work as well. Through the months we had the service things really didn't improve. At one treatment in Jan. 2022 we were told we had army worms and they quoted us a treatment cost for the army worms that couldn't not have been present in the winter. I called our lawn treatment company and they confirmed that we would not have army worms in the winter and if we did in the spring they would take care of them with our regular treatments. We did have Greenx provide rodent treatment that seemed to work. when they serviced the traps there was always bait missing in some of the traps. I asked repeatedly if when we stopped the service would we have rodent problems or did we have to keep the traps forever? Never got a straight answer. They sometimes did not show for a treatment that had to be rescheduled at a later date? We stopped getting details of the services when completed unless we got online and even then they were not detailed. After spending $900 a year for both services we decided that we would cancel our services when contracted time was done. This month we did cancel the services with so much hassle it was a terrible experience. At one point I was told we could not cancel until the last treatment was completed. I was told I had to call as soon as the treatment was done. I finally got them to agree to cancel the service at end of day of last treatment. That was not done. When I checked the account it was still active 2 days later. When I called **************** I did receive professional care and after the Rep spoke to her supervisor about the problem she was able to cancel everything.
