      Left my back yard gate wide open. My dogs got loose. My entire family along with neighbors spent about an hour searching for the dogs. Luckily we found them. If we did not or anything happened to them I would have sued the company. I do not recommend, and will never use them again. Closing a gate is not rocket science, and seems to be a routine part of their job. How can you forget?

      The Technician was very knowledgeable, and thorough in the evaluation and treatment process.He took time to make sure that I understood what I should expect as a result of the treatment.I have total confidence that my property will be protected as stated in the contract.

      Excellent service as always. Rodent population is way down. The representative was very nice and professional and had a smile on his face when I answered the door. Nice to see that in a young person.

      I dont understand how they can be so much miscommunication between the sales reps and the customers that are leaving all these complaints. I had a gentleman come to my door he showed me his map of the neighborhood and who he all took care of. Sounded like a high quality service and we tried it out (august 2020). We used a few different companies in the past and they were sub par. Greenix has kept up on there end of the deal. We are happy and when we signed the contract he went through everything very thoroughly.
