      I wish I could leave a 0 star. Yes, the support team is a joke. Waited for weeks for an urgent case, and the solution page they sent you was 404 not found Then blame everything on client and charge you a fourtune to correct an error.

      Literally the worst payroll company we have worked with. Unprofessional and unethical. No formal contract but begin fabricating various policies you were never informed of. Platform is outdated and consistently times out. Getting billed for services not received and being hassled by individual in billing as though they are a collection agency. Misrepresentation of services when selling the product to you and once signed on everyone vanishes. Completely unreliable and overpaying staff and then being told its due to algorithms that need to be modified on their end. In the meantime, youre continually getting billed for services through the month. Taxes not properly removed or paid to the proper tax authority leaving you in debt to the tax agency. No direct account executive or anyone that is there to consistently assist with services and support. Disrespectful client service and even told that we could leave the company if we wish and that if they were in our shoes they would select another company to.

      ***** ***** does not get back to emails. Paycor has caused so many tax implications and is not responsive. I do not recommend.

      This was the last email I sent them...It has been six days since I have sent you proof that Paycor dropped the ball on communication and once again that it is next to impossible to get help or be acknowledged. Six days waiting for a reply... This is precisely indicative of the situation that I have experienced since October. Now, before you come back and give me the excuse of this and that or you were waiting on him or her, please start the conversation with ACCOUNTABILITY. This is the entire issues here. Paycor never takes any accountability. I'm going post this on every review, social media, and perhaps even a billboard right off 35 and 435 Hwy to show that what this company is doing is wrong. This company is absolutely terrible. I closed my business in October. I tried at least 8 times to get a hold of them. I used there online chat, email, and phone. I couldn't get a hold of anyone. They are trying to make me pay $700 for no services rendered because I couldn't get a hold of them and they were literally charging me every month, even though the business was closed. Now they are holding *** hostage from my ex-employees. Don't use this company.

      Worst payroll company I've ever experienced. They made a mistake and now we are paying them fines with no one to talk to and no resolution! DO NOT USE!

      This company refuses to give me back money that they took out my account without my permission after I decided I didn’t want the service anymore. then they continually took money out of my account and then keep trying to charge me late fees on top of that, knowing I signed the to leave!!! When I get to a representative all they do is send you to another representative from a different department then tell you they will email you and not call you because they don’t want to deal with you like they should.So basically, they just take your money without your permission. Smh

      Worst customer service I have ever seen. They actually do NOT have customer service available whatsoever. I am the Office Manager for a company that unfortunately uses Paycor. I have an employee who's phone number changed and now cannot access his account no matter what we do, even though we changed his number on his account. I am unable to receive ANY assistance whatsoever from Paycor. There is NOT an online chat. There is NOT an email. There is a phone number, but you cannot access it without a number that does not show up using the directions that they give you. I find this lack of assistance to be completely unprofessional, and I wish we knew this before changing over from another company just because Paycor works with ********. I am beyond frustrated right now.

      The absolute worse payroll company. They outsource technical service so you are dealing with foreigners who do not know the US tax law. Because of the bad service we switched payroll companies to *** in November. Without asking they filed w2s with only part of the year causing the w2s to be wrong. Then they refused to correct them, and had the audacity to charge us for them.
