      Why is it that the Kroger at ******* and ********** in ********* ******** is ALWAYS FILTHY! NO CARTS- ONE OR TWO CASHIERS - SELF CHECK IS TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AND ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!! I thought I would try again but NOTHING has changed!!!! Doesn't even deserve one star!!!!

      I shopped at the ************ Kroger and had a bad experience with a employee named **** she was saying lies about me she called ******************************* the devil and said she's not what I think she is which that's not true also an employee named ***** made fun of an autistic person they mainly stand around in that store the cart pushers listen to music while bringing in carts and the dress code needs changed

      I had the most horrendous experience at the Kroger Located at **** ******** ***** Atlanta, Georgia 30311. To be through this will be lengthy but I do want the full facts to be known. On May 28, 2022, I went to the Kroger above. I purchased over one hundred forty dollars’ worth of items for my mother who is eighty-one plus years of age. She is on Social Security and disability. In June of 2021 she had a massive heart attack, In February she had a stroke. I tell you this information just to let you know what I’m up against. The food was purchased on an *** (FOOD STAMPS). Purchases include Kroger Sharp slice cheese, Kroger Medium Cheddar, provolone plus two other types of cheese, all Kroger brands. That evening I went to fix my mom a hamburger, and I was when I open the sliced medium cheddar cheese the bag the edges of the cheese were molded. I had just brought this, but I saved my receipt, (you know normally a few days have passed and the receipt is gone when this happens, but I saved mine)Please do not that the 28 was a Holiday weekend. On June 14, 2022, I remember to get the cheese and a receipt. I went to the customer service desk, I asked to speak to a manager. BRIAN (******* ******). This Proud Boy wanna-be had the unmitigated gall to suggest that the moldy cheese was my fault. They put racist white people in our neighborhoods to speak to us in any old kind of way. He said that I was being loud but I wasn’t. Was I upset, yes. I bring your spoiled crap back and you accuse me of causing this when you can clearly see I purchased at least four other types of cheese and the only one I brought back was the spoiled cheese. I spoke with Corporate, was told they support their managers. This entire encounter was on tape, we know this. The rude disrespectful way this man spoke to me was obvious. There is a JIM Crow PRINCIPAL AT WORK. don't complain because it is you that will be banned or arrested. He called security on me, why because I complained.

      October 2021 racially profiled, harrassed and embarrassed by a "Karen" named CHARLENE at the Uscan * ********* ***** in South Charleston WV. She accused me of changing woohoo stickers, went thru my bags and talked to me like I'd done something illegal. I left a message for Mr Terry L****. He never called, so I called him. Went back to the store, explained the situation, purchased the items that were taken from me and given a $20 gift card to MAKE IT RIGHT! Obviously she wasn't reprimanded even though it was an in store issue that caused this problem. The woohoo items listed on the sticker didn't match the item it was on. She accused me of changing 5 of them. These are very difficult to remove. I found a bible with a $5 Brawny paper towel description. Brought this to Charlene and management's attention so she would wrongly accuse another customer of fraud. I continued to shop there even though her body language was poor. Angry for being held accountable and she was wrong. JUNETEENTH, she used her personal instead of professional OPINION when dealing with me. I had a coupon and instead of her behaving professionally, she leaves me waiting at the register to get Katie when on a prior visit having a coupon, she walked over hit the button and walked away. She did her job, but I this day, she chooses to leave me waiting. I question this and ask to speak with a manager. Brandon arrives and instead of diffusing the situation because he's witnessed it before, by removing her, he allowed her to talk disrespectful and make faces. Her actions in front of management let me know they can't control her. She tells me I can't come thru the Uscan in front of him. When I call her out of her name, then he tries to correct me. White privilege. Mr. L**** called me a bully, when she bullied me in the beginning but now playing the victim because I'm holding them all accountable. ****** reviews show numerous complaints about Uscan, management & lack of professionalism at the front desk

      I bought a product from this store for $44.98 but when I got home the item was missing. I called the store to find out if the cashier still has it. The customer service who answered the phone told me to come back to the store with my receipt so that I will get a refund or replacement. When I showed ** in the store with my receipt, the customer service representative looked at me suspiciously and refused to give me a replacement or refund.I complained to the head quarter and the store manager, ******** was advised to contact me and the resolved the issue. She never did but on my second call they connected me with her but she was rude and unethical. She treated me disrespectfully, some not expected from a store manager. First she said to me the packager put it in the shopping bag then she said to me she put it in the box. Two different stories. When I called first I did not ask for replacement, I simply want to find out if the cashier still has my purchase. If the answer was NO, that was the end of it. I would not bother to drive back 6 miles to the store.I would not go back to Fred Meyer store again specially when such racial profiling attitude is clearly seen in their employees on top of their pricy products.

      I would give them a score of below one if I could. Stores in *************** still have many items that you cant get. My last pickup order I was marked out of nine items which put my order below the $45 limit. Of course they billed me their pickup fee. After completing their survey with negative reviews it said someone would call me to discuss, but of course no one called. That is the second time I was told someone would call to discuss. No call on either. They say people are buying more Kroger label products. More than likely its because you cant get what you really want. I only go their if I absolutely have to. I go to ****** now. The quality is better and the choice of items is MUCH better.

      Tried to refill my prescription online this morning 6/18/22. Got a can't fetch refill error instead. Called into Kroger's **** hotline. Kept getting hung up on by the customer representatives. Customer service is non-existent at Kroger as evidenced by all the other complaints. Just wanted to let you know.

      I did a city market pickup order last may(5/2021) and my card was on file ready to be billed. Ever since then they say I have an outstanding balance of $100+ and I can no longer do pick up orders. I have been calling about once monthly to see if they can fix it. They told me it's on my banks end(no it is not!) So I called my bank and they said it went through so it's on Kroger's end. I just called and they said everything is fine and to just make a new account or do it on a web browser and not on the app. Still getting the error code RV9547. No one there has the brains to get to the bottom of this. I've even tried calling the store I went to and some girl said she would call me back..... No call back! Kroger ***** and they're liars and I'm thinking they're trying to steal! Do not give them anymore money!

      I placed a pickup order on a Tuesday afternoon for pickup on Wednesday morning. When I picked up the order, my bill was $20.30 higher than I expected it to be, because the sale price on several items in my order was only good through Tuesday, and because several coupons in my order were also only good through that Tuesday. I called and opened a chat request with customer service. The call was answered after 10+ minutes of holding and they issued me a store credit of $21. I forgot to mention on the phone call that I had a suggestion for how they could update their system to improve the customer experience but as I still had the chat window open I added comments there instead. over 45 minutes later, the chat stated it connected me with an agent and they asked how they could help me. In response, I asked if they could see the messages I'd already sent. Their response was to ask me if I was still there. Then they disconnected the chat. That is absolutely infuriating. I am 100% confident that the customer experience is of a very low to non-existent priority for Kroger.

      Watched the cashier Claudia not be helpful towards an elderly lady trying to figure out how to enter her phone number for Kroger rewards. When checking me out didn’t bother to bag any of my groceries and just stared at me. She never spoke a word to me.
