  It was everything I expected. It was delivered to an out of the way location, the driver had no problem finding me. The driver/delivery guy was fist class. He sure knew what he was doing. If I need another container, Container One will be my first call.

  Nightmare dealing with them. Failed to deliver container properly after i told them the situation. No one returns and calls. Finnaly demands an additional $800 to deliver. I asked for a refund and it will be "less restock fee, handle fee, admin fees , etc" total nightmare to deal with.

  We delivered the container on your schedule. You failed to tell us that it had rained and we would need to rechedule. You were charged the delivery fee and refunded the balance. We gave you several options to minimize or elimate the extra delivery fee. Unfortunately you were not able to utilize those options.

  Excellent communication. Willingness to work with my schedule for delivery. Professional and experienced delivery service. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that you have to pay the entire invoice up front prior to receiving your product or shipping being arranged, other than that I had an excellent experience with Container One.

  Good communication! Called right away with my order online. I called them a few times for an ETA. I believe it was suppose to be 14 plus days till arrival on the web site. Was more like 25 but understand the web site was an average time frame. I had no issues with them. Very friendly people. The driver was great too! Easy! I would do business again with them. Thanks Container One!

  They took my order for a 40 used-once container. It was almost **** dollars. After a month - I hadnt heard from them. And it took several calls to get anyone to give a status. They gave vague answers about the container not being released from the yard yet. Not my area of expertise, but it is theirs, and they promise faster turn around.I hired a contractor to prep the lot where the container was to be delivered. He has done this work before and he did a great job leveling several tones of modified gravel over some weed block. That cost about ****. He assured me that the an average driver wouldnt have any problems delivering the container with a little help from us on site to stop traffic. Normal stuff you do at an urban construction site. Container One kept asking for photos and assurances the site was accessible. It is and I responded. Eventually, after almost 2 months of inaction, I was very frustrated and told them to deliver it or refund my money. They refunded it, minus 350 dollars! It was them effectively canceling the delivery, not me, so I feel ripped off. I would not recommend doing business with them.

  We have call logs of every communication with you. We contacted you the day you paid and you explained your delivey location and your prep for to unload the container. We ask you to provide pictures or video so we could send the reight size and quilified driver to your loaction. after delay in receiving that information there was a delay at the depot getting to your container. it was bured behind other loadec containers. we explained this to you many times. Your delivery required a certain type of delivery truck and you could not wait. We spoke to you weekly asking you over and over to provide pictures and or videos.

  Great customer service. They were patient and answered every question that I had. Also provided documentation of business license, website and **** for business. I researched several container delivery companies but always came back here. My container actually came earlier than expected. They had a cancelation in their delivery schedule and called me. Everything so far(including the container) is exactly what I wanted. Rugged container watertight. Apply a little WD40 and it opens, closes and locks like new. If you want a container, this is the company to order from.

  It took a couple extra weeks than originally planned but I got my container. Blue 40 foot high cube one trip delivered as advertised. It looks like **** was a very busy and hectic month going by the reviews. Communication was friendly and accurate. Delivery people worked around weather and my schedule. All in all I can recommend this company.

  I would rate them a 0 if i could, the container was delivered with the door seals broken and piece's missing, 6 splices on the right door seal, you could close yourself in and see the sky. Leaked bad the first rain. i filed a clam and sent pictures they offered a tube of silicone to puddy the doors shut, i had to buy and install my own seals. There warranty is not worth the paper it's wrote on. I will never do business with them again.

  We also offered partial seal replament but you wanted to replace the seals on both doors. You refused our warranty to repair the one continious piece of seal.

  Thank you for our container! Its is very sturdy and weather tight! That was a big concern, but was just as described! It came in a timely manner! We would recommend using Contanier one to others!!!! Thank you

  Ordered the container and it was delivered promptly. Awesome service and the delivery driver was very helpful. Container went in right where we planned on putting it in. Mrs. ****** at the office was a real big help, she helped us along the way and ensured a successful transaction. Thank you container one!!!! 6-21-22
