Container ONE takes no responsibility for their delivery drivers even though the contract is between Container ONE and the driver. If there is any problem with the delivery, Container ONE says it is completely the purchaser's fault. The purchaser has NO idea who will deliver the shipping container nor whether the delivery vehicle is capable of successfully completing the delivery. My driver failed to deliver the container because the truck was undersized for a 40-foot high-cube container and it couldn't make it up a small grade. I've had other vehicles delivering shipments that are even heavier and they have not had problems. Container ONE will charge YOU for a missed delivery EVEN WHEN it is the fault of the driver that they have contracted for.

Once the container is loaded on the truck, any claims will be between the motor carrier and the consignee (customer) That works in all industries. Amazon works the same way. If they use ********** or **** and there is a issue you have to resolve it the them.G. B.

Small claims court heard this case (District 66 Shiawassee, ********) with the *** of Container One in attendance (remotely). The judge ruled that Container One breached their contract with the customer. The customer (myself) was awarded a monetary judgement and Container ONE refuses to honor the judge's decision. They are hiding behind the fact that their business is organized in **** and the delivery was in the *****************. The response that Container ONE has supplied to the BBB is itself a misrepresentation of the judge's decision. The *** failed to contest the judge's decision which is an implicit admission of guilt.Review fromRhett S

Don't buy a used container from Container One. It'll be your fault that there's an issue. They'll even send you a whole page on how and why it's your fault. I sent several photos of the problems I had with the cam-keepers but that wasn't good enough. Everyone is nice and the process is pretty easy until there's an issue and all of a sudden everyone gets quiet. Cam-keepers are an easy replacement but this company's customer service is nonexistent when there's an issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've dealt with containers for decades and ContainerOne used containers are garbage. If you feel compelled to buy from them don't waste your money on used, buy the new ones and hope that any issues you find, being that it's new will provide you with more leverage to get the matter fixed. I hate companies that do this to people and hope this review will help others.Container One

We are sorry you had a negative experience. Your container did not have warranty claims. You are very correct that if you want a perfect condition container you should buy the new/1 trip container. You knew this when you decided to buy a used one. Your container did not leak and the structure is in excellant condition. Cam keepers are not a warranty issue and your door both opens and closes and is functional.Review fromJeremiah B
