Well I have to say that Gonetspeed has really stepped up and surprised me. Customer service rep named Edward contacted me regarding my account. My first thought? Bill collector. I thought wrong. He had read my scathing review and was concerned about my concerns which is unheard of in today's world. What started out as a Corporation VS. Customer in a serious hateship, ended up being 2 people talking and reaching a very fair agreement. Thank you Edward and thank you BBB for being there for both sides. ******* **Review fromHelen T

I recently had contact with technical support with gonetspeed. I have had exposure to all of the providers over the years but no one has come close to the service that i received today. My conversation with the rep named Nick was just so complete and relaxed in that there was no rush on his part to get me off the line, rather it was exactly they opposite. He went to great extent to explain to me the system and how it works. Also I received a call from Johanna Matula confirming that my concerns were put to rest which i found unbelievable. Also, what impressed me was there was no off shore contact and therefore no language problems. One other comment, if i may, is when we first had gonetspeed installed I was away and my wife had a problem because the whole process was new. She called gonetspeed and they told her that a tech would be in touch with her. Well, I figured that the wait outdoors be long. TEN MINUTES later she received a call from a tech named Javier and he was 30 minutes away and he told her he would be at our home shortly. And HE WAS. He explained the my wife what the problem was and it was resolved and everything is working great. I don’t usually write reviews, but i just want anyone that has concerned about this company, Don’t. They are great to deal with and the product is excellent.Review fromNastasia P

5 stars 100% Great customer service, they had completed half an installation but unfortunately the home owner fell sick and will not be coming back. I understood there was a $100 cancellation fee, but customer service took it soon themselves to waive it due to the circumstances. It is appreciated and respectful. After years of very expensive Cable Service, and much frustration with shrinking channel availability with increasing prices, I was delighted when GoNetSpeed came to our neighborhood. Their Customer Service Representatives are terrific - helpful and pleasant! It is very difficult to find helpful AND pleasant representatives these days. Through the setup process to billing questions, and how to set up auto billing, GoNetSpeed has been great. GoNetSpeed is a happy spot in a difficult world! Thank you, ******* *****Review fromKaren D

A few weeks ago I came on this site and gave GoNetspeed - formerly ****** what for concerning the internet service I was receiving and what I felt was the runaround by the service department. I am glad to say now that I have had the best response from this company over the last few weeks. They have been open and honest about what they were going to do and followed through with all promises given. During this ordeal, I have learned that the internet service previously owned by ****** was badly neglected and needs a LOT of repairs. I believe this company may be the real deal and what we need for Blount County. If we give them time, I think there commitment to improving our long neglected internet service is genuine.Review fromSandra P.

I had been contemplating switching to GONETSPEED ever since I received the first mailer. Having grown tired of paying ALOT of money to my current internet provider, who you can’t get in touch with on the phone if your life depended on it, so I decided to try GONETSPEED. I ordered the service via the company website, which was super easy! It wasn’t until after I signed up did I realize I had a typo in my email address I provided them. I called their customer service number, and much to my surprise a lovely associate greeted me. She was very helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable about all of my questions! After speaking with her, it only made me realize that switching to GONETSPEED is the best move I can make!!! I recommend them to EVERYONE. Thank you kindly.

Great service. I am getting exactly what I paid for. The salesperson was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Installation technicians were also professional and communicated what they were doing before, during, and after installation. Definitely an easy reccomendation!
