We had an issue with our internet service that has been ongoing for some time, they techs went above and beyond to fix the problem. I really appreciate all their hard work. Also after talking with multiple people I feel like they want to gain trust back from what the previous owners of the company would let slide. Had a big problem with the way the sales pitch & installation were handled, as well as the original call we made to resolve the issue. After our second call it was handled much better. All fees were reversed, equipment was removed at no cost to us, and we had a $0.00 balance by the end of the week. Rodney followed up several times to ask us to update our BBB review, which I am happy to do in light of how it has now been resolved and the re-training that took place to prevent the same issue from happening to someone else. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Did not work for MONTHS! Called tech support and no help! We gave them the opportunity to fix the issue! We finally just cancelled... they ended up charging us for the next month and said they would have to mail us a check for what they took out of the account?!?! Don’t waste your time or money.
