    There's no place on Peacock's website to leave complaints! It's like they don't care. I get it you need to have commercials but why do you have to play the same commercial over and over each commercial break?! CHANGE THEM UP!! It's always the same burger king wopper song or some annoying other song OVER and OVER again for days until they change it to a different commercial that repeats.

    They get ZERO STARS, they are the absolute worst service. I'm going to keep posting until folks listen and run them out. They have zero customer service. You try to maneuver around and it freezes or starts you back over to the beginning no way to stream ahead. They freeze up for no reason, I got Fios so I never freeze up so I know it's Peacock. The quality is hit and miss and for the price we pay and the fact it got commercials, this is the worst.

    Peacock TV is the worst streaming service of all. I've had a variety of issues including streaming interruptions, buffering, unreadable subtitles, lack of subtitles, and many, many errors watching on the PlayStation, which is supposedly a supported device. When you report issues to **************** they tell you it is a PlayStation error and has nothing to do with Peacock TV. There is no evidence of this because I've never had errors streaming any other app on the PlayStation like with Peacock TV.

    Peacock TV now stops your programs in order to advertise their other programming.Just recently, peacock tv has begun advertising their programs by STOPPING the current program being played. Thats right, now you can PAY to have peacock tv advertise their other programs by STOPPING your current program. I complained, and will no longer subscribe. Completely shady, unethical business tactic.

    Peacock TV has defrauded me out of almost $200 over many months by charging my ****** account without my permission. I have not used their services. When I seek to contact them they are non-responsive. If they do not respond (their customer service is worse than a joke) I plan on filing a lawsuit and potentially seeking an attorney to research a mass tort to determine how many others they are ripping off. I will pursue them until they return the money that they have stolen from me.

    Didnt want to give it one star but cant get it posted without a star. Tried to cancel my paid subscription but I was unable. I can see the pending charge on my credit card but have to wait until it is posted. I been trying to cancel it since Friday, 09/28/2024, which should be before its renewal date 09/29/2024. My only hope for a refund is file a dispute with my credit card company. I will do that as soon as it is no longer pending. WHY DOES PEACOCKTV make is so hard and troublesome.

    Peacocktv bills my ****** account and they have never let me know ahead of time that they are raising my fee. I only find out after the fact. I watch only ONE show on this site and I'm sick and tired of the bill going up and up. I can't complain on their site so I have to do it here. I guess I am through with them.

    Paying over 8 dollars a month. Seems like customers should be able to record. We stay in a 24 hour country. Some of us have lives. We need to be able to view sports when we get home.

    Peacock list starting times for sport matches at 9:30 when in reality they do not show them until 10:00

    It seems as though the company prevents any possible way to contact them directly for any issues. The phone number is invalid. The Instagram page limits the amount of direct messages that can be received. The ******** page simply sends pre- automated responses and doesn't thoroughly read complaints for context. And the email is invalid as well.I simply would like to talk to a representative regarding the new price increase post August.
