    Peacock makes it extraordinarily difficult to cancel your subscription. They only allow you to cancel using the Google Play app, even if there is no connection between Google Play and your subscription (as was the case for me). To cancel, I had to permanently close my account using this link: https://www.peacocktv.com/permanent-account-closure

    This company needs some entity to file another class action lawsuit. They are continuing to take my money while also telling me that I do not have a subscription. And you cannot get anybody on the phone, through a chat or email. This is stealing money They should receive no stars. They should be forced to close down. I cannot even just cancel, Which I did over a year ago.

    Peacock TV is far and away the worst streaming service among the current options. The application software needs to be dramatically improved. There is constant stuttering and glitching within the app, and this happens regardless of the streaming device being used. My internet connection is 60 mbps, and I have no issues with any other applications I use. The company charges $7.99 a month for standard services, yet they charge $13.99 a month for premium services. A simple fix to the problem I am having with playback issues would be to pay for the premium services, as it allows me to download shows ahead of time. It seems that Peacock intentionally does not plan to improve playback issues in hopes that customers will pay for premium. What is even more frustrating is that the advertisements never have any playback issues. I would cancel my services, but unfortunately, I enjoy watching exclusive content on the app. Not only is this company neglecting to fix the problems with the app (complaints online date back years), they are actively making the experience more frustrating for the user in hopes they will spend more money.

    Peacock streaming service and customer service is soo bad. 3rd time purchasing just to stream the live channel and after 2 weeks, constant emails, STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and didn't get what i paid for the last time either.

    I am also having the same problem. I can not call or contact. There is no phone number. I just got them. Trying to change password. It will not let me. I will be canceling then. If I can not get someone on the phone. "Are fired". ********* today.

    Was charged a subscription fee & then wanted to cancel the service & was first told that I didn't have an account/plan with them & then verified my info & was again told I didn't have a current plan but then suddenly after threatening to file fraud charges with the bank then they found my account & canceled it & refunded my payment. Pretty bad that you have to threaten them before they do anything. I will never ever use this service again.

    Do not subscribe to Peacock TV LLC as you will not be able to unsubscribe. I had to cancel my credit card to attempt to stop auto payment and they still circumvented this effort and were able to access our new credit card under the company name *** listed in digital wallet of which we did not know was Peacock. Peacock TV LLC is abusive financially and are taking advantage of the non tech savvy elder population. This company deceitfully charged us for 2 years even though multiple attempts were made to cancel.

    Peacock has no customer service department, there is no way to speak to an actual person and they do not remediate any issues! They charged me $79.99 after I cancelled my subscription and when I tried to reach out to have my issue resolved I received no response from them. And because there are no phone numbers associated with this company there is no way to know if they are even looking into the issue at all. Do not use peacock! They take your money and then ignore you. They do not care about their customers!

    The audio keeps moving faster the the shoes I am watching. I cant get through to anyone on chat bc theres over 100 people in front of me. You need support to fix these problems. I want someone to call me to fix this.
