    They've been charging me for both annual plans... ***** and *****. They charged me last year and I didn't notice it on my bank statement but this time I did. Of course, you can only chat because there's no way to call them. When questioned as to why being charged for 2 plans and why would I want both plans they could not answer. Why would I want to pay for 2 plans??? They gave me credit (let's see if I get it)for the *****. I think they are ripping people off. I have now put my credit card on my account and locked it once I put info in for my account. They will not get another ***** from me without me being notified

    Why is it so much trouble for someone to cancel a monthly subscription and change to an annual subscription? I have attempted twice to cancel my monthly service to no avail though the CHAT feature and the cancellation directions. Why would such a large company not have a LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE???? I just want to save a few dollars and change payment to an annual subscription!! I have even seen annual subscription offers at lower price, and I cannot take advantage of YOUR offers. Since I cannot add any contact information, I suppose I'm out of luck with a viable solution.

    I would not even give them 1 star. I have continuously had problems with their service. Hardly ever being able to watch anything because of buffering problems. I have done everything their technical people have told me to and they still have no explanation. I have sent several emails in the past week with no response whatsoever. It is really a shame because I very much like their content, but if you can't ever watch anything what good is it? I would recommend that you don't even try it.

    My card expired and my next payment didn't go through. When I got on the app it said I needed to update my billing information which I did and nothing happened. So I tried to get my account going again through the peacock app which can't be done. You have to go through **** for any changes to you subscription. So when I get to the **** website it tells me I don't have any subscription to manage. I've tried contacting someone with this issue and all I get is Peacock don't handle billing and I would need to contact **** for that. Well I've tried for over an hour with no luck at all. I even tried upgrading from premium to premium plus and it won't let me. It keeps saying an error has occurred on the account. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. It's ridiculous I can't simply get on the phone with someone to fix my problem. I don't understand why it's so difficult to to get good custom services from companies. This is the only payment issue I've ever had and it's completely screwed up my whole account to where I can't watch anything. Please be careful when subscribing to Peacock because it's impossible to get help with any issues you're having

    I've been trying to cancel my service. Peacock TV makes it impossible to cancel. They provide no phone #'s, only 'chat" with an AI bot that continues to defer the conversation away from cancelling. Don't get caught in the vicious loop like I did.

    I tried canceling. First I had to log into my account by entering email and password. Couldnt find the password (if I was ever given onecouldnt find in my passwords list). Was then given the option to press I dont know my password and got message to check my email to change my password. Never got the email. Tried again. I definitely am still a subscriber because I can watch Peacock shows and am being charged monthly. I MAY have opted for only a one-month trial subscription, but I did not renew it. **************** is a chatbot, no option to speak to a person.I will be seeking refund for subscription fees taken out of my bank.
