This company has saved me. My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year ad budgeting bills became a bit difficult. Not only does Deferit help me budget our bills better throughout the month, they also always give me additional time for payments, beyond the original two weeks you can move payments out, when I need it. I will continue to utilize their services as long as possible. I can't thank them enough for all the help they have provided. Their customer service is responsive and so kind.Deferit, Inc.

This company's service practices are deceptive and fail to adhere to the guidelines listed on the website. I attempted to use Deferit to pay a utility bill. As stated on website, I provided a bill that clearly outlined the information needed to pay the balance online (account/customer ID; my name, my address, etc.). Within three (3) hours time I received a message stating the bill was processed for payment via check. I immediately attempted to make contact through the support portal as my ****** would not accept a payment by check. My attempts at contact were well within business hours. My bank account was immediately debited that day's due payment, a membership fee and an additional fee - yet, somehow, customer service was not available to answer my questions. This all took place on the morning of Friday, June 14th. To date I have received absolutely no follow up to my continued attempts to contact their 'friendly customer agents'. The phone number provided should be removed as it is merely a recording stating they prefer you to contact them online (which they will not respond to, apparently). My utility bill was never paid. I incurred additional charges. So I am now scheduled to continue to pay Deferit for a bill that has never been paid - at a loss to me. Its nonsensical. Had they simply responded to me (they've had a week to do so) this could have been resolved. I cannot cancel my membership because the bill they allegedly 'paid' is tied to the account. I have e-mailed them three (3) times now requesting whatever supposed payment they made be cancelled and my membership/payment plan/and incurred fees be refunded to me in full. Having read through prior reviews, I don't want a coupon - I want my payments paid back to my account in full. I have absolutely no interest in using this service again so a coupon would be useless. To any individuals contemplating using this service, please do what I failed to do and perform your due diligence in researching.Deferit, Inc.

Upon checking, we processed your payment by check because unfortunately, your ****** doesn't offer an online guest payment option ( Does not require login information).
To make things right, we've canceled the check and refunded both your membership and installment fees. You should have already received an email confirming these steps.
If there were any late charges due to this issue, please rest assured that our late payment guarantee covers them.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we're using it to improve how we communicate and serve our customers better moving forward.

Awful company. Does not let you cancel membership in app. $15 a month is insane to charge monthly. I asked numerous times to revoke ach and debit authorization and that i would be manually paying each month moving forward for my two remaining installments. They do not respond at all. Ended live chats. Do not reply to numerous emails. By federal law they are required to accept my request to revoke ach and debit authorization. They are breaking federal law. I disputed the monthly charge as i told them numerous times i did not want to be charged a monthly membership fee but they do not listen. Now theyre sending threatening emails to report negatively to credit and collections. Absolute scum company. Would never ever recommend. All other pay in 4 companies are easy to deal with and reach. Not this one. They have insanely bad reviews now looking so avoid at all costs!!!! will be contacting federal channels to report their practices for breaking the lawDeferit, Inc.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!! ******************** is completely unorganized & unprofessional !!I subscribed to Deferit on April 13th, 2024 and my debit card was immediately charged $14.99alright thats fine, but then I received an email stating that I need to verify my identity.So I did what was requiredI sent a picture of my Pennsylvania Drivers License & a selfie on April 19th and I didnt hear back from anyone!Then I received another email stating the exact same thingI need to verify my identity!Mind you I was in a well lit room and the stupid ONFIDO that they sent for me to use excepted my images not once, but twice!Yes, I sent my Drivers License twice on the 19th & on the 23d of April to prove my identity, which is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!!I took this annoying run around as a sign of whats to come if I was to proceed with this horrible company and not be able to speak to an actual human beingso I went on my App and cancelled my subscription!!But ** still receiving emails saying that I need to verify my identity from yet a third person!All I know is that my account better not be charged next month because not only am I not going to continue to pay for a service that I have NEVER received, but I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!!I want Deferit to never contact me again because I have been paying my bills just fine for decades without them, so I will much rather just stick to what has been working for me! This company is horrendous!No customer service, unorganized as if they have employees working from home and they dont contact you for at least 3 days when the **** office closes at 5pm, so then you have to wait for another 3 or 4 days just to get the exact same email that youve already responded to from a different idiot that works for this horrible company!
