      We ordered an in ground basketball goal from ***** ******** ***** on 6/4/22 with a **** day delivery and install expectation. As of today, we have been canceled on 3 times (lost work time, etc) and I cant get a date from the agents or any manager attention. We had to call from a different number today because agents pick up the phone then put back on hold not wanting to even take our call. I have never dealt with such a poorly operated establishment in my life. Would give zero stars if there was an option. I will say, the last agent I worked with, Georgia was helpful and kind.
