      BEWARE!!!! This company delivered a Nordic Track Elliptical and took out a portion of my garage roof and gutter! The damage was well documented via our security camera. Nordic track of course did nothing but point at Select Express. Select express gave me an email to send "claim" to. We forwarded the video, photos of damage and the repair bill. Once we did that they no longer respond. Calling them with our invoice number results in them hanging up! This does not appear to be a legitimate operation. Do not opt for Nordic track products, especially with competitors competing on price. They are knowingly contracting with a worse than shoddy operator! The repairs cost more than the elliptical!! They should receive negative stars, but no option for that. I strongly advise to stay away from any firm using this trucking company. I have tried to resolve this over almost four months before posting this.

      We purchased a treadmill from Dick's ******** Goods. We were told it would be delivered on April 4th between 1 and 4pm -- the shipper was Select Express and Logistics. The treadmill never arrived. We called Select Express and Logistics and they told us it would be delivered the next day between 1 and 4pm. It never arrived. We called and they said a manager would call us back. No one ever called. We called again for an update and they said they have no additional information but would elevate our concern to a manager who would call us. No one ever called. We were then told it would arrive on April 7th between 9 and noon. It has still not arrived and no one has called to let us know what the issue is. We spoke with ****'s ******** Goods and they said the treadmill was picked up by Select Express on Wednesday and we still have heard nothing and have not received the product. Terrible customer service by *******************************************, terrible follow up, and shameful to make people wait at their homes for promised delivery times, take off work, and then simply not show up. I will be contacting ****'s ******** Goods corporate office and share this with them too and urge them to cancel their relationship with Select Express. Don't use this shipping firm!!!

      You would think after hundreds of 1 star reviews the company would reevaluate their way of doing business. I am another unhappy customer. Was supposed to receive a call 1 hour prior. No call. Left instructions where to drop off, they didnt care. They carelessly left my package in a place where it could get stolen. Didnt even call when they were there then said sorry we already left.

      Terrible customer service! Paid for ********************** and service but my treadmill was assembled wrong. I can't get them to come out and fix it.

      I received an empty package in a separate envelope from the post office. Original envelope was empty. Company has no telephone number so I cannot call them to report issue.

      This is such a terrible company. They wont respond to your calls or emails so you have to keep calling them back. At one point the person I spoke to said for me to just cancel my repair on my bike and get my refund back. I would have loved to but I cant ride it without it being repaired! What kind of worker stay that! ******* needs to use another company.

      Worst Company I have ever dealt with. This shipping Company Select Express scheduled and canceled on me 4 times. So dont rearranged you schedule to be home for these people. **************** is a bunch of kids answering the phone, that don't care if you cancel or what issue you are having. I would give the a minus 100 if I could. So frustrating. Awful customer service.

      Absolutely the worst company ever ! I don’t understand why ******* would use such a horrible , disorganized company to perform any services , the customer service is horrible , the business is horrible , the management is worse , in most companies u ask for a manager and you get one in this company they have their employees act as their little minions because they are too chicken ***t to get on the phones and handle it themselves . All the managers should be hired and the employees should all replace them and get paid manager money for doing managers work . I am calling ******* and lodging a complaint !

      This was the worst service I have ever received from any company ever in my life. I have a ******* bike and it needed a repair. ******* ordered the part and sent it to me promptly and then the delay began. I called Select to confirm I had the part and was told they would get me scheduled. Then I waited and waited some more. They never contacted me to be scheduled. I must have called them 4 times over the next few weeks and each time was told they would put an escalation on the order, but still nothing happened. I was very frustrated and after over a month of this back and fourth nonsense with them, I called ******* and told them what was going on. The women I spoke to was very helpful and told me she would get it taken care of. She even credited me one mint back for my subscription for my hassle. Finally the next day after speaking with *******, Select Express called me to schedule my repair.

      Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. II took time off work just to get this delivery. No call no show. When they answer I give the tracking number and they put me on hold for 2 hours. I finally hung up and called back. They told me if I stay home the next day they would deliver it. No call no show again. Now it is scheduled for tomorrow and I have been on hold over 6 hours just trying to get them to tell me a pickup window. I cannot afford to keep missing work hoping they might actually make good on their commitment. When I call I get an answer in about 10 minutes but am immediately put on hold and never hear from them again. If I could give zero stars I would. I am starting to wonder if there is a legal case due to the missed income and hours wasted on hold.
