This Place Totally *** customer service. I was charged immediately for an order that was supposed to be delivery. In which I mistakenly was told it was a pick up and I unfortunately could not pick up the order. That is why I had it delivery but slice and the restaurant were very rude. It would not try to work anything out with me regarding this issue. But yet they automatically took money out of my account and I never received the food orsir. I do hope karma comes back to these people because they deserve it. It's sad that companies lack such customer courtesy these days. I think they all need to go back and have classes. I will never order from this app or the restaurant againSlice

Slice doesnt tell you delivery times, and Ive waited almost two hours after paying for a delivery. Then ** told my order was delivered when it wasnt. When I called to complain I was told they contacted the restaurant and I would receive my order in 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes, called again, and was told the same thing again. Again 15 minutes later and no pizza. When it was delivered the pizza wasnt hit, and the restaurant is 10 minutes away. Do not use Slice.Slice

I'm not a customer or a client, every week a representative calls our business to ask if we would like to sign up for their online ordering. Every week we tell them we aren't interested. Last week their representative was downright rude when we told him we weren't interested. Asked to speak with someone higher up and they told me that wasn't an option, so I called their customer service number and got ahold of someone who said they would pass along my request to be taken off their call list. Today we recieved another call, I again told them we weren't interested and explained our desire to not be contacted by them anymore. The person on the phone more or less told me that he had no supervisor to speak with and that there is no way to be removed from their call list. Seems like borderline harassment at this point honestly but I guess our only course of action is to ignore their constant pressure to use them for online ordering.Slice

Good luck getting your delivery. I have had on several occasions where the pizza "is delivered" somewhere in the unknown. Completly unreliable and not worth anyones time in using this service. I had one pizza "delivered" to four feet into my front yard, thrown out of the car like a newspaper from a bicycle. Do not order from any business that uses this extremely poor service company.Slice

Unacceptable! I placed an order, which did not arrive on time, checked on it after waiting an additional 10 minutes, and was told that I needed to go pick it up myself. By that point, my pizza had been sitting at the store, ready to go for almost an hour. After chatting with their customer service, they canceled my order, but refused to make it right. We have used this service several times with varied levels of so-so to bad experiences, but never a truly positive one. In reading the other reviews, I can see that it is a fairly common scenario. You would think that with all of this negative feedback, they would make the necessary changes! we will certainly not use Slice again, and let the store know that they should look into other options for their delivery service. Do not use or at least, dont say, we didnt warn you!!Slice

Just got the Slice app and ordered pizza and boneless wings. When I clicked on the wings, I scrolled down and selected Medium Sauce. When the food arrived, the wings were plain. I called Slice and they called the restaurant. As I waited, I looked at my online receipt and it showed, plain (no sauce) and then right underneath, it showed Medium Sauce. The Slice rep came back and said the restaurant made no mistake and it was my fault. When I tried to explain it was their app's fault because the default is plain, but when you click on an actual sauce, it doesn't unclick the plain option. This rep just kept talking, telling me it was my fault and wasn't even trying to listen to what I was explaining.
At very worst case, considering it said Plain & Medium, I should've received half dozen of each. This leads me to believe it is the app that is faulty, and Slice should take responsibility. Which they did not, and I will no longer use it again. I was treated rudely and blamed for their error.
In today's scenario of inflation going through the roof, I don't mind paying for a service, but please get it right, or make it right!Slice

Classic bait and switch when trying to redeem your free pizza after accumulating points. They make you spend their minimum $30 before youre able to use that. Scam. How did this pass legal. Great marketing team Im sure.Slice

Slice deserves NO stars. Placed my order they took my money and 30 minutes after ordering I looked to see the delivery status. CANCELLED ORDER. Was what I saw so I called slice, they said the restaurant cancelled the order because there were no delivery drivers available. They asked if I could pick it up and they would reimburse the delivery fee. Seriously? So I jump in my car and drive to the restaurant as I’m driving I call the restaurant for precise location. They said the order was picked up. WHAT? I said well I didn’t pick it up and I told slice I’d pick it up. Evidently their service sucks. Never again.Slice

I’ve used this app for about a year, then noticed most recently that there were 2 debits from my bank account which is connected to ****** the day after I used the app for delivery. Because I did not order pizza delivery twice in 1 day, the fact that I caught this made me curious so I looked at my Slice history and compared the dates listed to the dates listed in my ****** account; sure enough, I found 4 separate transactions in total in which I was charged 2 times in 1 day within a 10 month period. I will not utilize the Slice app going forward, as I have lost trust in this “service.”Slice

Zero stars if that were possible. Ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks this afternoon around 12:30 from a local pizza place. Received a text message at 12:54 saying my pizza was on its way with a delivery time up between 1:15 and 1:25. Mind you this pizza place is 6 miles from my house. (I had a house full of kids). Ended up calling the pizza place to find out what happened with my order around 1:40. They informed me that no driver had shown up to pick up my order and offered for me to come pick it up. While on the phone a delivery driver from slice showed up. The pizza place offered me the choice of picking it up or having the driver deliver it. I chose delivery because I had already paid $3.60 for it to be delivered. The driver shows up about 1:50. Completely unacceptable and will never use this service again.Slice
