      Delivered my pizza to the wrong address. I called once and they said my pizza was out for delivery waited 30 minutes called back they said my pizza was delivered Still no pizza and I was told it was nothing they can do. I call thpizza place they said it was delivered. They sent another pizza to be delivered and the first time it went to the wrong address. But the new order was sloppy and no meat and not worth what I paid for and not made with care.

      I give them 0 stars I have been asking for a refund since July 16th the night I ordered. The pizzeria I ordered from added 8.00 to the bill and a tip that was given in cash I ordered chicken parm with linguine and meat sauce on it .When the order came it was wrong it had penne pasta with marinara sauce no meat sauce that they charge 8.00 extra dollars for . I told the delivery guy that it was wrong. He said I will have them remake it and bring it back . I told him to take the order he gave me cause it was wrong he said no I cant do that just keep it I will bring u the right order in about 45 minutes. I said ok I started a chat with slice and asked for a refund cause the delivery guy need brought me back the correct order called pizza place they told me I hat to go through slice . So I told slice through chat that I wanted my money back . They said 3-5 business day for refund . 5days past no refund charted 6more times since the 16th getting the run around.Today they told me it has been to long to give me a refund and they will not. I dont know what to do now . I want my money back . The BBB needs to make these online companies take responsibility for there actions! They are stealing from customers over and over . I will be reaching out to the state of ** about these and Im contacting an attorney it the principal! If they take $33.00 for 20 customer a day think ho much they are stealing .. Im not letting it go I work hard for my money and Im not giving to a service that doesnt care about what the customers or there orders being wrong

      Horrible site. I ordered through them, delivery driver drops off the pizza in front of my door, doesnt call me or ring the bell, no notification through the slice app. I check the app to see the status and it was delivered 20 min prior to me checking. Ants crawling all over the pizza. Never using this site again as they offer no assistance, no refund. HORRIBLE customer service. I spoke to ********** and he was useless. I work in service and I would never speak to a client with zero solutions. Use grubhub instead. At least they provide refunds and solutions.

      I placed an order for pizza and a grinder from a local pizzeria for delivery for 5:30 pm. We never received notification when the order wad delivered. When we checked the steps to see if it was here, we saw it had been placed on a lawn chair instead of the steps, and it had gotten soaked in the rain. I contacted Slice and originally offered a $35 refund of an $85 order. In further discussion, noting that I would not use the service again, the refund was increased to $50 but nothing more. I was told the amount was all that was allowed as their policy. I am out over $30 for food destroyed in the rain. I wont be using the service again.

      We ordered using this horrible Slice app the first time we used it trouble! Ordered pizza it was delivered on time great it was not warm plain tasting pizza but that is the stores fault.After we ate are pizza I checked our email and noticed an email from slice stating that I wanted to change my password which I didnt.So I let them know that wasnt me and went to my account that I payed for the pizzas out of and sure enough their was two different charges ready to come out of my account.I called customer service at first they said I didnt even order pizza from the app but I guess they finally seen it.They said the order other charges would fall off I hope so or my bank will make them fall off. All that night and next day I kept getting emails from slice stating that I was trying to change my password and sent those emails to their customer service.They came back with I was doing it I know I wasnt doing that as I deleted the app never to use it again! So many people having the same problem sounds like a scam maybe class action suit is that what it will take from companies like this to stop taking advantage of hard working families!

      Order a pizza using ther site/app pizza was delivered to wrong address. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ***** THOUGH I DIDNT RECEIVE DELIVERY. Would not refund my money though I didn't receive the food. They also said well you entered it wrong basically oh well we keeping your money. I contacted the pizzeria that made the pizza they confirmed this has happened before to other customers. And they said they told ********************** to refund my money. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND FILED A CLAIM TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK AS WELL. Will not be using slice App ever again. Was told we can't give you your money back by Slice. Though I didn't get delivery of my food. Someone else took my food at the wrong address. I wvwn said to them dontnyou guys Check ID or some thing to know who you delived to is the correct person. All got was silence. I sick and don't have much money to toss around. HIGHLY DISPLEASED I HOPE I GET MY MONEY BACK 50 DOLLARS IS A LOT FOR A SINGLE *****.

      We ordered food from a local pizzeria through the Slice app. The app showed that the order was accepted, and then being prepared, and eventually ready for pick up. The last indication came while we were standing in front of store, that was not even open, and I do not believe any longer in business. We spoke with the customer service representative from **********************, and were given an apology, but told that they cannot issue a refund until they spoke with the store. Somehow missing the point that the store was out of business. We proceeded to contact customer service again through a chat form. Again, we were told we would not be issued refund for our money, until they were able to conduct further investigations. I pointed out that their app was actually an automated live by telling us that the food was being prepared and ready given that they couldve not communicated with the store that was not even open.all this to no avail.We explained it, this could be considered ***** theft, but were only told that their policies do not allow them to immediately issue refunds for product services that were not delivered.We took video of the app lying to us with the closed store in the background. The support team did not care that we had this proof. Nor did the my seem to care that we had screen shots of our entire conversation with the representatives. Once we mentioned we had the proof, the agent terminated the chat. Should anyone desire to see the proof we collected, and to read the messages from us demonstrating that were not in any rude or disrespectful in our communication, they are available by request.

      Whoever is in charge of the slice should speak to there worker's on how they treat a customer calling. I didn't order pizza from la novas in ******* even went to the location to let them know I had not placed an order. Slice worker who I spoke to was rude and would not refund money. They had to do an investigation allegedly. They claimed that no one hacked my account. My bank credited me my money back, and had to order new bank card due to slice. If I had a negative star rating for slice, that is what they deserve.
