      I signed up with $5 "get started" sale, and got 25 credits when i UPGRADED to a full account, they took my 25 credits AWAY and said that I can no longer use them on my full plan. This company takes so much money and has so many crazy restrictions I will never EVER use them again. God forbid you cancel within 12 HOURS you pay basically full price for the class.

      As the owner of a small fitness studio, Class Pass has continually called me for years. I sometimes listen to their pitch but in the end, their business model simply doesn't match my business. The calls have become more frequent and I have asked not to be contacted. Most recently, I was forced to be rude to the girl that called. She indicated we were a VIP account (we've NEVER used them, so I'm not sure how stupid she thought I was). After this phone conversation, she showed up to my business the following week in person with a bag of candy. Lucky for her, my husband was with a client and was polite. This is borderline harassment. At this point, I wouldn't use them even if it helped my business

      DO NOT ENROLL, JUST DONT!! THIS SCAM OF A PLATFORM DOESNT EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS, I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY 14 DAY TRIAL AND WAS NOT GRANTED MY CREDITS. IT IS A SCAM.

      Made a wrong purchase of a one-time top up and meant to renew for a monthly plan. Immediately messaged customer support right after and asked to change to a monthly plan and they would not allow. Then they charged another $20 on top so I can maintain my membership when I already paid $130 for the top up. I was enjoying the classes and planning to continue but now will definitely not recommend this app/service to anyone.

      This was an okay way to get exercise in but I couldnt get a hold of anyone to pause my account. It took out $60. I have an auto immune disease and cant go as often as I like and I think business like these would do better to include people who have these types of illness and disabilities. This is a problem with not allowing roll over credits because we dont always know if we feel up to exercising.

      Instance 1 - I was 3 mins late to a class and the studio didnt allow me resulting in late cancellation. ClassPass allowed a onetime exception although I was there at the studio just a few mins late, most studios allow upto 5 mins.Instance 2 - A few weeks later in the same month, I fell sick and requested a late cancellation. ClassPass didn't allow me to do that and instead charged me 14$. They did not even confirm on the chat if they can go ahead and cancel, they just did and stopped responding.It was a terrible experience, not only was I sick, couldn't attend the class and they charged me money even when i told them that in the 1st instance it was not my fault. If I were with a studio directly, they would have taken that into consideration because falling sick is very much human.

      If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. There is no way to contact them other than online chat. They have been using my business name without my persmission, with the wrong phone number and address attached to it. I have had several clients thinking we moved, or are moving. I cannot seem to get this resolved!

      Their customer service is terrible. I paid for a membership and was unable to book a class, when I chatted with a live agent they said they would look into it and never replied. I followed up multiple times begging for an answer or refund, and after an hour nobody had replied to me again. I am still unable to book classes and still out $55.

      BEWARE!!!! I was automatically renewed. I chatted with the customer service rep and she said she would make an exception to cancel my account and I would get a refund 7-12 business days. Of course they immediately took away any credits so I would even be unable to use even if charged. After it had been two weeks I filed a claim with my bank after I noticed no refund. I provided a screenshot from the rep that stated they would cancel my account. However the claim was denied per their cancellation policy. My thing is, if I was still to be charged regardless cancelling or not the rep ******** stated we will cancel your next payment, however please continue to use this month with exhausting credits so in the end I spend $80 for quote literally NOTHING. No credits or anything. Just BS!!!!

      DO NOT USE CLASS PASS. Please, trust me, 5he free trial was tempting. It's of course a auto-enroll and they send one notice that goes to ****. They DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO SEND A 2ND CHARGE NOTICE THAT GOES TO SPAM EITHER. I canceled as soon as I noticed but that was 2 months into it. I managed to get 65 back and all the rest of my credits voided. Horrible experience for a new customer. This also seems extremely suspect according to Washing State's auto-renewal clause.
