I was on trial only as well as my friend. She was able to book a beauty appointment before starting membership. I wasnt able. I talk to a representative and they told me no its not for beauty. Wish is a mega mega lie since I went with her to the appointment. I asked them if they changed policy and where it is written explicitly and they werent able to reply and cut me off the chat. Its not very smart because not only I I will not subscribe, but my friend is ending he membership already. No wonder there is only 1 star Ill go to competition, so shady

One star because that's the lowest allowed. A complete scam. Unethical. Unprofessional. The did not pay me what i had to be paid as a provider for them. I have been trying to get my issue of payment resolved- i have eemailed them and requested to speak with somebody for the past month. When i got the chance to do a zoom meeting, the representative didnt even show his face. He said there wasnt much he could do on his end and he would escalate this to management. It has now been 10 days since that conversation and i still have not heard from them. When i tried emailing him back, i received an invlaid email message. Super skeptical at this point. I have been dealing with ClassPass since May 2022. I remember getting endless phone calls to get me to finalize my page and become a provider for them. Now that they're basically stealing from me, i cannot speak with anyone to fix this issue. If i would've known how unpleasant it was going to be becoming a provider for them, i WOULD'VE NEVER DONE IT. Save yourself the stress. Find other alternatives to grow your business. From a small business perspective, ClassPass stole from me by not paying me the amount based on services rendered. For the month of October they paid me as if i had only offered 30mins treatments when for the month of October i only offered 60MIN AND 90MIN treatments. When i inquired about it they said it was becasue i had made changes to the services, which makes no sense as the rates didn't change. Save yourself the stress.

ClassPass is a SCAM. I cancelled during my free trial period but my card had still been getting charged. And I didnt realize it until months later after having been charged $1343. Theres no phone number support so I have been having to go through emails back and forth for several months now. I live in an area where there are no class pass studios or gyms, for at least 80+ mile radius so thats why I cancelled and Class Pass knows this. I also havent gone to any of their classes ie used any services during any of the periods I was being charged because again I cancelled my subscription, which is also confirmed when looking at my account by ClassPass as you have to book classes to attend. Contacted them immediately, was told I would get $347, but only have been refunded $79 and credits (monopoly money) which are useless because again I don't live anywhere near an area to use the credits nor would I want to continue with a company that is unethical in its practices. #ClassPassScam I wish I saw the reviews here before signing up. The cancellation process doesn't exist, they will just make you think you cancelled online and then keep charging your card in the hopes you don't take notice until later and then the charges won't be returned.

I am a small business owner that was contacted by ClassPass in February 2022. The representative I spoke to was very pushy and cocky, acting like I should know what this company is all about. I told him I would need to research the service before agreeing to anything. He offered to send me information in an email. That was the extent of that interaction. Fast forward to October 2022, I start receiving phone calls and text messages from ClassPass trying to book clients. I NEVER agreed to use this service. I NEVER authorized or consented to my company name to be listed with this service, YET it was done on my behalf anyway. Only after replying to a text message that my business does not accept appointments via third party scheduling did I receive a snarky email stating that my business name would no longer be registered with ClassPass. It should have never been on their registry in the first place! I wholeheartedly believe that they target new and vulnerable businesses. I would never recommend ClassPass to anyone.

Got an email that I was being billed $85 for an account I never created and a service I've never heard of; Phone support supposedly canceled the billing but then even ADMITTED that there was no account associated with my email, so there is some sort of credit card scam going on.

They sent me a harassing email saying my $85.79 payment is due and they will withdraw this fee from my bank account. I have never subscribed to this business. The email came from a member of the "ClassPass Crew."

I reactivated my account to get 14 free credits that were offered, The Re activation automatically said it would change to the highest level billing once the trial was over, but that I could change to a lower level in the app. I did that, Class pass has their system set up where when you decrease your level of membership after the free trial your profile automatically charges you for that amount Realizing what happened I reached out to class pass to remove the charge but keep the free 14 days as I was promised.I received no help, they said I could cancel my membership and forfeit the free credit. There is no line to call, no real person to connect with. Classpass is a scam. Stop tricking your customers with this bait and switch tactics.

I've used this app for years and it is mediocre at best until you have an issue that will never get resolved. First of all I notice it is very glitchy; my credits show up as different amounts on different screens, so who knows how many you actually have and there is no way to see a ledger of what credits you've used, so you can keep track. It only shows on the individual workouts, so you have to calculate manually. My major issue is with the non-existent customer service. You cannot find a phone number to call and I finally received a receipt for something which had a phone number, so I tried calling that number and it said it is unavailable! They also don't provide receipts for expense purposes, it just shows the amount on your account. I was charged a late fee by accident due to the venue cancelling the class last minute. The venue put in a request in November 2021 for me to be refunded. I never received a refund despite multiple follow *** by the venue and myself. I started emailing myself on May 2, 2022 and received a robotic response that there would be credits issued to the "user" (they couldn't even tell that I am the user). I responded saying this is for a refund to credit card not for credits. Also, no credits were ever issued, so regardless they were lying. Responses take weeks and it is still not resolved as of July 5, 2022. On June 21st they said the refund was issued to the "user" (still not realizing I am the user). I have been checking my credit card and there is no refund so they are still lying. As of July 5 they said the same thing that the refund was issued which obviously it has not. They don't actually answer any concerns just, generic, untrue responses.
