    Order two pair of airbuss - one on 9/4/23 & other on 9/6/23. These were to be gift to my son. Website says confirmation number for order will be sent within 1-3 days. After a few days, sent email explaining that no confirmation numbers were received. I could not track shipment. The airbuds came a week later. No confirmation or receipts or instructions for use. I again sent 3 more emails asking for confirmation number. After giving boxes to my son, he only opened the fitness airbuds. He did not like them. They did not work like website described them (ex - no noise control, etc). I decided to return because of the disappointment in how they did not work as described and the lack of customer service in no response to any emails. Discovered could not return without a confirmation number!!!!! I did try to return as a gift & immediately received a reply to my email (which was the first reply after sending multiple emails). Only the reply said I would hear back from them asap with help in how to return. I am still waiting ( 3weeks after the fact). This company is sly & a scam. Shut them down!!! I have invested approximately $200 for two pair of poor quality, false description of airbuds!

    Joke Shop level product, service and delivery. Literally--They pretend they are elite with mid-range price point, but everybody knows that everybody knows Raycon is not the way to go. But when they dangle a sizeable discount (very sizeable), I order. Wouldn't ya know it...they claim it was delivered. Hmmmm...no it was not delivered to my home. So where is it?!

    The earbuds worked great for a year. Then they would not charge right before my year warranty was up. I attempted to contact the company. They stalled on their response long enough so that my warranty was no longer good. Then they wanted to try to talk me into buying another pair. No thanks. How about you fix the first pair that I still had a warranty on?

    This company is a scam. I returned the everyday headphones and never received an email that they were received. I sent multiple emails and dm on instagram and I never received anything back. I never got my money back and I never received any emails at all. This was almost a month ago now. Unfortunately I've cut my losses but loosing out on money *****.

    Don't gift the Raycons without giving them the email/order/number and receipt .The return gift request, for replacement request doesn't follow up after. My fitness earbuds were only gifted 3 months ago new sealed package. They will not help the recipient if earbuds are defective they'll be out of luck.

    scam company, horrible customer service and no way to replace parts. I truly hope an aggregated lawsuit is filed against this company for how horrible and predatory they are.

    would like to submit a report regarding my recent unsatisfactory experience with Raycon. I decided to purchase two pairs of their sports earbuds during a sale they were holding. After receiving a tracking number, the delivery of the products took two to three weeks, which was longer than expected.Upon arrival, I discovered that the products I received were incorrect. Instead of the sports earbuds I had ordered, Raycon sent me regular earbuds in the wrong color. When I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, I encountered numerous challenges.Rather than promptly correcting the problem, Raycon's customer service representatives required me to go through the time-consuming process of shipping the incorrect products back to them before they would send the correct ones. Additionally, they requested that I send multiple photos of the received products, including images of the products themselves and their serial numbers. I would assume that they could easily track this information at their facility if they properly managed their inventory.Unfortunately, Raycon did not ultimately send me the correct products, and I was left without the items I paid for. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to purchase Raycon headphones from a store instead of dealing directly with the company to avoid similar inconveniences.

    I placed an order for one pair of Raycon Everyday earbuds, red, on 12/14/2022. Website advertised orders placed by 12/19 in the continental **** would arrive before Christmas, my expected delivery date was 12/22 according to the tracking number. It was updated on 12/22 to say that now it would be delivered on 12/27 and had been left by *** with ***** Long story short, it was not and was totally lost during shipping. After several days of trying to communicate with shipping companies I was finally routed to Raycon . They waited three whole days to answer my email, which was the only way listed to contact them, to say they could refund or reship. I answered back that I would prefer them to reship bit requested an expedited shipping option, considering Christmas had already past a few days previously and my teenager was still waiting on his gift. And I told them that it had been way too complicated to even find out that it was they who dealt with lost packages, instead of the shipping company themselves. That's not the norm for companies and they should list this information somewhere. The email I had received was not exactly sympathetic to my ordeal, either and I made clear I felt this was not a great way to deal with the situation. Lastly, I told them that if they would not agree to my request for faster shipping, that a refund would be my choice. I didn't think it was an outrageous thing to ask for considering the run-around I'd gotten and the inconveniences caused to myself through no fault of mine. After another three whole days they finally answered my email with once again little to no sympathy or understanding and said I would have my refund in about 5 days. I will be surprised if it actually goes smoothly, to be honest. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I gave 2 stars only because they have agreed to refund my money.

    This company is a scam. They send you an email that your order has shipped and give you a bogus tracking number. The items never arrived and now I have to fight the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from Raycon!!!

    Ordered a product a few months ago. Was shipped through the **** (bad idea). Never showed up. When i contacted “customer support” (by email only, as they do no have a listed phone number or return requests for a call), they i formed me that the **** site showed it was delivered (it was not). They further told me that they were not going to refund or correct the problem. Then 2.5 months later, the package arrived (with writing that indicated it was delivered to the wrong address). I refused it, as i purchased a **** set following my bad interactions with Raycon. Be aware of the very bad customer service before you order. Would have given a “0” star if it was an option.
