    We ordered two swivel head phone cords type'c' we weren't told we needed a special charger. Those cords aren't the type C we currently have! I contacted through email there supposed customer service on March *********, no reply. So on March ******* I contacted email support again. No reply, days and days later we got a email from raycon, they didn't address our problem we addressed in our previous emails to them, then a day or two after that email from them we received emails not addressing our dilemma with the wrong cords you can't ever reach them by phone, one line rings endlessly, while the recording on the other line won't let you speak to anyone in customer service! They're customer service is non existent! They have lost two more new customers my wife and I.Sincerely; **** and ***** **********.( Buyer beware! Of this company)

    when I complained they would take DAYS TO reply to me when at first it would take them a couple hours to answer me. The earbuds I had were imbalanced after 2 months so I returned it and they let me send it back and everything and when I clicked to get my money back to my original payment they sent me a gift card instead and then when I told them they made a mistake they were like nah you get a gift card

    This company is horrible! I can not get in touch with a living soul, no responses to several attempts via email, FB messenger, (dont even think you can call and get an answer!) nothing at all! My order shipped and then, I can not believe the circles my package has gone through! All I want is my product or my money back, or an explanation of their intentions!!! ***** Save yourself a huge hassle buy from another company!!!!!!!!!

    Bought some earbuds and they randomly disconnect at random intervals. Sometimes it is an hour, other times 15 mind. Contacted customer service October 21st about an exchange since thier online form wasn't working, I got a response immediately about them sending my email to the proper department. I have emailed them multiple times since and still have not received a single reply via the email or the ******** page. Had I seen this bbb rating, I would have never purchased from them as I thought they were a reputable company since I have seen many ads from ********* etc over the years, but clearly I was wrong.

    ****************. Product broke less than 7 months after. They refuse to replace. They then offered credit that was LESS than price I paid to purchase the product towards another product I did not need that was more expensive. Then they ghosted me when I kept pushing customer service for better resolution. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

    Just like everyone else here, I was also deceived. Only wish I could have read these reviews earlier. Placed order, tracking stated that he came to me, and then turned back around where it shipped from. Contacted Raycon Support to inform them, and in response they said they would have someone reach out to me to get this figured out. That day came and went, so I filed on their website for a refund. No response to that, so I tried a few more times. Just got off the phone with the bank to dispute the charge. I did own a pair of their headphones once, and they weren't terrible. Sad that a company who makes a fair priced product has to have such a sad excuse for customer service. I imagine the reason they can sell them for so cheap, is because the employees involve a CEO, media & marketing & shipping. Literally no customer support.

    Total lie about quality. Fake reviews everywhere! They put the Con in RayCon or Rays Con. I had the everyday earbuds due to massive amount of postive and 5-star reviews. They lasted 2 days. I was able to return and get a new pair; but the ones I received were clearly used. They were hassling me so I returned through ******. Never again!!!
