    I purchased Raycon's work series earbuds and they worked for about a year before refusing to turn on after no physical damage. Raycon support was incredibly slow to respond and unhelpful, offering only a 30% discount on a new pair that would have a similarly short lifespan. Disappointed to have spent so much money on the shortest-lived piece of tech I've ever owned.

    Do NOT BUY RayCON. I ordered a pair, spent over $150.00 and the item never shipped. Ive sent countless emails and have heard nothing back and its been weeks. I cant believe all YouTubers are advertising their company to their listeners. OBVIOUSLY theyre garbage if they arent even willing to ship them. So yeah, dont do it. Get literally ANYTHING else.

    I bought a pair of Raycon earbuds for $150; I don't have a lot of money so I had to make payments through Affirm. They worked for five or six months and then I started having problems with them. I opened a ticket with Raycon and sent them in to either have them repaired or replaced. I was grateful when they sent me a brand new replacement pair; however, they did not work straight out of the box. They do not have a customer service phone number so I began communication through email. The person I conversed with could not comprehend the earbuds did not work straight out of the box. I was told they were out of warranty so I could have 30% off of a new pair. I asked, "how does the buds not working straight out of the box have anything to do with the warranty?" To which they replied, "that is the company policy and I can't do anything to change that." And yes, I have copies of those emails. Additionally, I'm pretty sure Raycon knew the "Work" earbuds were faulty from the time I ordered the first pair. Looking back it was difficult to locate any information on the "Work" buds. I knew of them and sought out that particular set. It's like they were trying to phase them out but still wanted to sell the stock they had of them. So, I'm out $150 and don't have any earbuds that work. All I want is to exchange the faulty pair for a pair of the "Impact" ear buds. I would stay with the "Work" pair but they have bad issues. I'm curious as to whether ********* is aware that the company his name represents is so flippant with their reputation. I am a fan of ********* and wanted to support his company but never will again. The childish customer service is embarrassing for the company and I am totally perplexed by the end result. I feel like Raycon International stold from me. I am out $150, and have no earbuds.

    I ordered a pair of ear buds and its been a month and I still haven't gotten them. I can't track the shipment and customer service is refusing to give me a refund.

    I purchase fitness earbuds and a case. I have not heard a word from them in regards to shipping. NOTHING! I have sent multiple emails and all I get are auto responses saying theyll get back to me and they never do! The phone number I found is always busy. Seems like a con to me! They took my money right away then sent me nothing! I had to dispute it with my credit card company! Buyer beware! Its been a nightmare!

    I purchased earbuds and was offered a deal on an additional case. A week went by, no movement on my order because the case they offered was out of stock!!!. The thing is, this companys 30 return policy, starts on the day of purchase! Another week goes by, its finally sent. I emailed them multiple times, inquiring about my order, then, wanting to cancel! They refuse to cancel orders. By the time the order arrived, it was two and a half weeks. On arrival, I immediately sent it back. It had to go to **********! Its doubtful that it will arrive there within the 30 day window, thanks to their delaying my order! I have heard nothing from them. I sent emails inquiring about the return, no reply! These people are borderline scammers. Refusing to cancel orders, delaying orders so the 30 day refund window is gone, slow to respond HUMAN responses to emails, quick to take money though! I just want to be done with these people! I made a huge mistake purchasing from them!

    I placed an order with them 10 days ago (the site claims delivery in 3-8 days). Ive provided my info to two separate customer service reps, one who told me to wait another 10 days for the shipment, the other who lied and said it got lost in the mail (It didnt get lost, it was never mailed).I get one or two responses from them saying to let them know what I want to do, respond back, and never hear from them again. At this point, Im not convinced Ill ever get my stuff AND they have $90 from me. This will be the absolute last time I ever order from Raycon, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences Ive ever had (and I work in customer service).

    I've purchased three pairs of earbuds and one pair of headphones in the past 2 years, and NONE of them worked properly past one year! My headphones only lasted 5 months before the buttons stopped responding when connected to bluetooth. The products are extremely substandard, and a lot more work needs to be put into ensuring they are long lasting. ********* should be ashamed of himself!

    I am on my 3rd set of Raycon fitness earbuds.When working they are very nice. However, one of each set that I have had just stops charging and makes the set useless.I bought a set and used it for about 9 months. I received a replacement and used that for about 3-5 months.The replacement, for the replacement, stopped working after 2 days.I would say to save your money and buy something else.

    Raycon as a company has the worst customer service and products Ive ever seen out of any company I have ever bought products from. Within 3 months of purchasing a earbud product the device began to act erratically and I then attempted to contact their support regarding. with no response for months, I left a 1 star review on the product (fitness earbuds) and also thrashed their company for ignoring my repeated attempts to reach out regarding the issue. when I did get a response after posting my review, I sent in my broken earbuds in exchange for new ones. I then received new ones only for after a month of use they are now not functional at all with minimal use. I contacted them again regarding the issue and have gotten no response after repeated attempts. at this point Id wish Id never even bought any of their products, because they seemingly dont work and they dont care.
