I bought a Bowflex treadmill and paid $275 for the assembly which was to be completed by Go Configure. The treadmill was delivered on June 8. ******* promoted this service on their website and their emails to me set the expectation that I would be put on the schedule within five business days. Three weeks have since gone by and I have yet to hear from Go Configure. Bowflex assured me I've done everything necessary to be scheduled (I filled out the web forms correctly). I have called Go Configure about five times. They are always cordial and answer the phone quickly. Each call ended with the proposed solution that they would call the tech assigned to the case to try to get an update. Each time they called, the tech didn't answer, and so a voicemail was left. I was then told each time that I'd get a response within 24 hours. That has never happened. Finally, I was able to speak with a regional manager. He told me that he "cannot compel" any of his employees to take the job. Go Configure clearly has no internal mechanism to track the age of outstanding orders which, to me, suggests that they are incompetent. Additionally, no one over there seems motivated to make this situation right. I haven't requested a refund. I just want them to do the work. Employees at Bowflex and Go Configure speculated that my distance from the nearest techs (90 miles) and that the treadmill needs to be moved to the basement might be reasons why the techs aren't interested in scheduling me. This is all very frustrating because I've already paid Bowflex for this (who apparently pays Go Configure when the job is completed). Perhaps Bowflex is to blame for deceptive advertising, if my distance or location requirements are factors in this. I don't think the delay I've experienced is due to Go Configure simply being busy. It feels more like the result of bad management and internal disorganization. Don't order from Bowflex if you'll also require service from Go Configure!Review fromKurrie B

Very upset. Bought a swing set and paid for the assembly. Come to find out it's going to take OVER a month for them to come assemble it. And nowhere was that disclosed before paying for the assembly. And then they stated the service is non refundable once it's been paid for. What a scam! Not happy at all with them. I could have paid my neighbors to put it up for me without all the chaos. This is awful! And it's taking up my entire kitchen! If I would have known it was going to take over a month for them to come assemble it I wouldnt have paid the extra $270 for assembly. And the fact that I don't even want the services now and I can't get my money back is absolutely disgusting on their part. I didn't even want to give them a star but I had to in order to even write this. What a shameful scamming company !Review fromLynn M

Purchased an item from a club, who offered GoConfigure to install it for an extra $300+. It's been sitting in my backyard a month. Someone called and set up an appointment, but did not show up. When I called, I was told there were no notes for a scheduled appointment on that day. I gave them the tech's name. Which they said he was a tech, but no notes. I have called almost every day and am told the same thing, "Your order has been escalated, the district manager will call you by the end of the day with an appointment time. Here we are 4 days later and still no call. I called again today and told the operator I was told the same thing over and over but no one has called. I was told they didn't make the orders, just answered the phone.Review fromGil P

This company is horrible, unreliable and unprofessional - how it manages to stay on business is just unbelievable... they should be shut down and fined for all the time they have wasted on customers. I bought a treadmill with Nautilus on Jan-23, 2023 which arrived broken, since then I tried more than 6 times to get an appointment to get it fixed, the last effort I was called 15 mins before the tech was to arrive to cancel it due to a family emergency and I had to wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment... what a bunch of garbage!!! I canceled my order with ******** and now still waiting for this freaking GoConfigure company to come an remove the broken treadmill out of my garage. PLEASE be smarter then I was, do not engage with Go Configure for any business and if Nautilus is an appealing brand for exercise equipment just be ready to have a nightmare since this is the only vendor they use to deliver/fix/assemble their equipment... AGAIN what a bunch of garbage! I will NEVER do any business with neither of these vendors!Review fromEthan K

If I could put 0 stars or negative, I would. I initially was supposed to have an install on a play set done on 12/9/22. They called me on 12/8/22 saying they needed to reschedule due to weather. I explained that there was no weather in my area for the next 3 days. They looked it up and agreed, but said they could not do anything. Then, it was scheduled for the 19th. The install crew showed up late on that day and didn't finish, saying they would come back the next morning. They proceeded to no call, no show for 2 days. Then, showed up on the 21st (The day customer service told me they would guarantee it being delivered by due to us hosting my daughter's birthday party there on that day). They showed up on the 21st, still didn't get it done, so I had to last minute spend hundreds of dollars on booking a venue for her party. Then, they assured me it would be done by Christmas. Another lie. The guy didn't come back until the 27th...didn't anchor it down properly or install one of the slides properly and it broke and one of my kids fell out of it. They apologized and came and fixed it the next day. I argued with them for almost a month to get a partial refund. They came up with giving me back $200 when I spent over $1,000 on the install, plus all of my time, calls, time missed from work, early Christmas present ruined and having to last minute move a birthday party location and pay to do so. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Review fromThomas D

I bought 3 **** from ********** and paid$199 for each to be assembled they use Go Configure. They wanted all 3 **** to be put together on the same day, but only the full arrived. A "professional joke"came and only my full size bed was there. He asked me for tools, took him 5hrs to put a full size bed together. I called to get the 2 queen **** assembled & let them know about the other tech who was worth about $30 and after them stating it was unacceptable and their reputation on the line, they would find me a different tech ASAP and would get a call back later that day. I waited 3days until I called them. They stated the same tech that took 5hrs for a full bed was going to be coming to put together 2 queen ******** **** on Fri between 4pm& 8pm. Seriously I'm not staying up all night to wait for this so called professional with no tools to put my **** together. I'm paying $199 and I deserve better service than Go Configure provides, they lie, they are rude and SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!! If you order items that need to be assembled, check who does it before you pay. Needless to say I canceled their services and will be getting a full refund .Review fromSean F.

I bought a backyard play set for my daughter in March and called Go configure to install it for me. I understood the wait time for the first appointment because of the effects the pandemic had on the economy and workforce. My first appointment was in May the day was clear no rain or anything. I received a phone call 10 minutes before they were supposed to show up that they were canceling due to weather reasons but yet there was no sign of inclement weather. I proceeded to schedule two more appointments and was canceled again due to weather. It was finally installed at the end of July and the contractor told me that they had canceled my appointment and pushed it back because someone else was having the same issue I was with the delay of installation. I wasted 3 vacation days to make sure someone would be home for them to install the play set and waited four months on top of that. The manager had the nerve to only offer me $100 for my issue when I paid them $1,300 for the installation up front. I would never recommend their products or service to anyone for any reason. They are the absolute worst company to deal with and rude as ****!Review fromKerrianne M

On 4/18/22, I purchased a shed from **** Club as a housewarming gift for my daughter and son in law (SIL) and paid $360 to said wholesale club for Go Configure to deliver and install. The same day, my SIL called to schedule install and was told the shed wouldnt be delivered until a base/platform to accommodate said shed was at their house; he was given 30 day & told to call back when ready. He called 2 days later and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. May came and went, then June. Install was scheduled for Monday June 27 between 8&12 - at 11 am my daughter called and was told install was cancelled due to rain. Had she not called, she wouldnt have known and the new day/time was today, 6/30/22 between 9&1. Because their jobs didnt accommodate this, I took time out off from my job to be there as instructed. I called CS and spent about an hour talking to a CSR and coordinator who told me to call back after the job was finished and ask for the appeasement manager. After another 30 minutes I was told that person wasnt in and he would maybe be in tomorrow and if not then next week. I requested a manager, I was never connected but ******* called stated she was covering for that person who was on paternity leave. While speaking with the many employees, I heard, sorry, busy time, 4-6 weeks, 6-8 weeks and other excuses, and she was the only employee I could speak with. The fill in manager stated they would appease $75 for the inconvenience and she repeated the $25 for this & $25 for that several times. When I stated her offer was unacceptable she asked what did I expect when I called. I said, I didnt call expecting a dollar amount. She wanted to argue, I didnt and I asked for the corporate info, e.g., CEO, Owner, VP and address. She told me I could go look that up. Which I did, she stated that if I didnt accept the $75 she was closing the ticket. Walk away, dont go down the Go Configure rabbit hole!!Review fromErica S

On 4/28 - I made purchase for a sauna and Go-Configure installation *************************** was delivered and I first called go-configure to schedule the assembly.Called on 5/16, 5/18, 5/19 and each time they told me they can't get ahold of my technician but put a note in the system for him to call me back. Each phone call had a ***** minute hold time and the technician never returned any of my phone calls. On 5/10 - After 5th call, Go-Configure was able to get ahold of my technician and schedule an appointment for Friday 5/27 from 7:30am to 11:00am.I received a call from Go-Configure at 10:45am 5/27 stating my technician was "sick" and that he would call me to reschedule. After 1 week and no call from the technician, I began calling Go-Configure again Monday 6/6, Tuesday 6/7 and Wednesday 6/8. On 6/8 the Go-configure rep was able to schedule the appointment for several weeks later - 6/17 from noon-4:00.At this point, scheduling required a total 8 phone calls and approximately 4 hours of on-hold time.By 4:00 6/17 the technician was a no call/no show Called go-configure and again they were unable to reach of my technician.I requested I be reassigned a new technician and was told "no" that was not an option but that they would try to figure out what happened and call me back. Never received a call back Saturday 6/18 I received an email from Go Configure that my technician had a family emergency and I'm being assigned a new technician (contrary to what I was told) and that they will reschedule. Knowing my history of working with Go-Configure I cannot expect someone to call me to reschedule. Refuse to call again!Called Wayfair today to request a refund. After 2 months, 8 phone calls, 2 stood up appointments, I am back to square one. Couldn't be more frustrated or disappointed.Worst of all my experience isn't unique. Their ******** page is filled with complaints from customers echoing my experience. Yet we are to trust them into our homes?!?! Shameful!!!
