      I am writing to discuss a possible reimbursement for the installment of the GAZEBO - *******. I ordered this gazebo in February 2024. It took months to even schedule the first installation on May 1, 2024. With that said, the first construction crew took 2 days to build the entire gazebo incorrectly. I had called and asked for a Unbillable Repair Visit - Different Tech to come and fix it. That was scheduled for May 25th and it involved a General Manager's visit. Again, I needed to schedule yet another appointment to get actual workers out here. Today is June 13th at 10:55pm and I just signed off on something that I don't even know if it's built correctly because I can't see in the dark. I don't know any business that would still have their workers at a resident house until 11pm or later, especially banging wood and drilling holes. And it is no fault to the workers. They were misled and told they only had to replace the metal roof on the gazebo when in fact they had to deconstruct and rebuild the entire thing that took 9 hours. I am completely dissatisfied with this entire process and would like to be reimbursed $854.93.

      We Completed the Gazebo on 6/13/24 for the customer and she is happy with the final result. We also are reimbursing her $300 for her troubles during the assembly process.

      My "tech" no showed on three separate appointments. I've spent hours on hold with this company trying to get an update on when they'd be here, and end up spending 20 minutes on hold at a time while they try to get in touch with him/ find out where he is, and no one can find him. This company is just professional at wasting my time. I to file a complaint with the company, and they can't even help me do that. I just want my swing set fixed and my money back for my wasted time.

      The customers playset was under warranty so we have sent a new team out to fix any issues she had. The customers playset was completed on 6/13/24 to her satisfaction and the order has been successfully completed. We Also have offered a $100 reimbursement for the customer as well.

      Caution!! When buying from Backyard discovery and using their preferred vendor for assembly, GoConfigure, you are at extreme risk of getting a severely compromised structure that is damaged and incomplete. We purchased a pavilion from Backyard discovery and at their suggestion, used their preferred assembly vendor GoConfigure. Two weeks ago from today, construction started. To date, the structure is not complete, damaged, at risk of falling, and requests for repair and completion have gone unanswered. Yet we paid in full. The tech that was doing the work did such a bad job, we spotted nearly 2 dozen serious concerns with structural integrity. He worked for 37 hours on a structure that should have needed less time and its still not finished!!I included just a handful of photos to show the quality of work that Backyard discovery and GoConfigure has found to be not serious and not needing attention. They initially offered someone to come out and review the work, inspect it and repair it. IT WAS THE SAME EXACT TECH THAT DID THE TERRIBLE JOB TO BEGIN WITH!!I have called, I have emailed, *** requested supervisors. Ive begged and pleaded for a professional to come out here, inspect the structure, repair the damage and complete the job. But my calls are unanswered. Do not buy anything and have it assembled from Backyard Discovery and GoConfigure.

      The technician who did this assembly no longer does work for our company. We have assigned a Senior technician to the customers repair, and are working on scheduling this for a date that is accommodating to the customer.

      Absolute joke of a company. Took months to not even finish my play set. The workers barely worked when they were over, they made multiple visits. The worker said he was going to take a piece home and cut it down and that never happened. I asked for a refund for all the inconvenience, and they offer me basically nothing back. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Take the time to put it together yourself, or call someone locally. If this company ever gets recommended from when you buy something,stay far away.

      We offered to send a different team out to do the repairs that were needed. The customer refused and requested a refund. We have refunded this customer $362.50 as he requested back on 5/14/24

      Ordered a playset through Backyard Discovery. They hired GoConfigure to install. Playset was delivered on 3/12. Someone was to call to schedule installation. No one did. After numerous tries, finally got hold of them and the soonest they had was April 9. Took off work to be there. Was notified 3 hours into the timeframe given they werent coming and they would call to reschedule. No one did. I called them and after numerous tries again, was told the soonest the could reschedule was April 23. And that there was no guarantee they wouldnt cancel again. We called Backyard Discovery and canceled our install and got our money back. Installed playset ourselves, since our kids were so disappointed it wasnt up when promised. No idea why anyone would hire these people. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

      On 4/9 we were notified the Contractor that he was unable to do his orders for the day. ************************ Time Window for his order was between 7-11 AM CST. The Contractor notified us at 9 AM CST and we contacted the ********** immediately to notify and apologize for the contractor's last minute reschedule. When we contacted the contractor to give us a new date, he notified us that the earliest he would be able to go back would be 4/23. Five days later the ********** contacted us to notify us that they were going to cancel the order. We advised Backyard Discovery so the ********** could be refunded in full.

      I purchased a Pergola on 4/6/2024 and was told to contact Go Configure for assembly. I started the process by going online and paying for the assembly on 4/7/2024. I waited for someone to call/email me for an assembly date however this did not happen. I called Go Configure fourteen (14) times between 4/9 and 4/11/2024 and was told that this number is unable to be completed at this time please try again later. I also email a request for someone to contact me, NO REPLY. I called my credit card company and ask to dispute this charge to Go Configure on 4/11/2024. On 4/19/2024 at 8:42PM. I received a call from Go Configure with an appointment to erect my Pergola on 4/20/2024. I informed the gentleman that I no longer wanted their service and to cancel. He informed me that I would have to pay a cancellation charge. I had no way to cancel if I could never reach anyone at any of their phone numbers to Cancel!!!. Bad business, very bad business.

      ************** placed his order with us through the ********** portal on April 7th at 6:33 PM. The phone number he submitted was not a working number so when we scheduled his order on 4/10 for assembly on 4/21, our only means to contact him was via email. We notified ************** to please contact us to confirm his assembly appointment but instead he called us on 4/19 at 9:45 AM to notify us that he put in a dispute on his credit card. We advised him that we were trying to reach him and his assembly was scheduled for 4/21, but ************** decided to stick with his dispute and cancel his order.

      I order a tool shed from *********** Go Configure were the recommended company (by ***'s Club) to assembly the shed. Prior to the purchase I called 3 different times to get a quote. Each time I called I was only quoted the assembly and were told to call once I have a delivery date. I now have a delivery date. I was told a mileage fee will be added due to the driver being more than 50 miles from my home. The driver fee is 300 dollars on top of the of 399 assembly fee. Had a mileage fee been mentioned when I called to get a quote I would have never ordered the Shed. The shed weighs 436 lbs, this is something I can't just pick up and return to the store. Very disappointed with the poor communication and lack of care and concern from the supervisor at Go Configure. ***'s needs to drop them and hire another company to assemble their products.

      Absolute TRASH service. We had to reach out for any communication, only to be told the tech had 48 hours to get in touch with us. That turned into 72 hours. **** Club, as well as, Backyard Discovery should be ashamed to sell the set up services provided by GoConfigure. A week later, still no appointment set. We out service from them, with NO REMORSE on either side.Definitely a negative star, only gave one because it was required.

      I bought a swing set from **** club, called to get a quote on how much it would be. Called and got quoted $360, perfect hired. No problem with the scheduling and no problem with the technician. The technician was great, the assembly team asked for pictures of the sky fort that I purchased. I sent them the exact picture from the website we bought it at and pictures of the boxes. Technician finished it, 45 minutes later I get a call back from Go Configure to pay the difference because they put the wrong swing set in the system. First of all thats not my problem, I gave you the info correctly, not only over the phone but with a picture on text message. I had to pay an additional $430 after my swing set was completed. I wish I knew exactly how much it wouldve been because I wouldve found a cheaper way to do it. How ironic that it costs me more when the product is finished, I just got screwed of another $430. Total scam and they say the same thing over and over on the phone. Well its a sky fort or youre just paying the difference Again thats not my problem, I sent you the pictures of exactly what it was 2 weeks prior to the technician coming out

      I prepaid for my shed assembly. Go Configure scheduled my appointment for July 9, 2023 between 6am and 10am. No one came. I called to find out tje technician was coming at 2:30 pm. I called again after 2:30pm and I was told my order was cancelled and someone would call to reschedule. No one has called but me calling them. Each time they say we're trying to schedule. I called this morning and they said it would be escalated. I don't believe them. I just want my service that I have paid for.
