I have had nothing but a positive experience with Worthy. I was kept informed by email and text every single step of the way and received the funds from my auction within days via PayPal. I was nervous to ship off my jewelry, but an insurance certificate was immediately provided and the communication helped keep my worries at ease. I highly recommend this company if youre looking to sell jewelry but dont have the time to do it yourself!Worthy.com

Worthy.com should be charged for false advertising! Submitted a diamond ring to them. Their site claimed auctions of exactly the same quality of ring sold for $1,300 to $1,800. A local jeweler offered me a low offer of $800 for it, so I sent it into worthy for a better deal. When my auction ended, the best offer was $600. Ridiculous! I didn't accept it, so they put it up again. $800 this time. After the 18% fees they take out, that was still less than a local jeweler. I said no, and the auctioned again. $925 was the highest bid, which, after fees, only came to $750... STILL less than taking it to a local jeweler. Their advertising is lies, and their reviews must be fake. They are nothing but a glorified pawnbroker.Worthy.com

I sent my ring into worthy on 7/13/2023. The ***** tracking had it out for delivery on 7/17/2023. 2 days later it was still pending. I contacted w9rthy and they, *******, ensured that they would take care of the issue and get insurance involved. That was the last I've heard from them. I've tried on 7/23/2023 to touch base and again today 7/26/2023 with absolutely no response. I would recommend you use extreme caution in utilizing this service as it seems they only care for their bottom line and insurance rates.Review fromSandra M

It was pretty much an eye opener on what these brand named jewelry stores will sell you. Do your due diligence and research on what you're buying. Nothing negative to say about Worthy, they were pretty honest and informative. ****** was very knowledgeable and helpfulWorthy.com
