      Worthy was fabulous!!! They took care of everything and even offered helpful suggestions. After talking to a lot of jewelers, the most I could have expected by selling my ring here was $1,000. Worthy more than doubled that. Their commission is high, but worth it, because they do absolutely everything for you. I will definitely use them in the future.

      Big Shout out to *************************** who was my customer success associate throughout this whole process. As you can imagine, selling an engagement ring that you bought with your hard earned money for someone you once loved way back in the day is not as easy as one may think lol ***** and the Worthy team do a great job helping you manage your expectations along with the harsh reality that jewelry resale is never in favor of the seller ??????? The thing I loved the most was the immediate feedback throughout the process, no pressure and most importantly the determination from the team to get you the most for your item. That being said as the seller, you have to be realistic and not a douche to think you are going to get what you once paid for your jewelry. If you can do that, then Worthy is most certainly worthy of your business.

      I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews I read, but I checked with BBB, and saw that they had an A rating with many satisfied customers. I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did! Worthy did exactly what they said they would do. From start to finish, *************************** kept me updated as to the status of my jewelry. I was informed about everything they were doing to prepare my items for auction. Communication with ********* was A+, and I really appreciated that. My items sold successfully and I will tell others about my experience. Great job Worthy! ******

      Do not trust this organization. It is a bait and switch deal. Once they have your jewelry, they do not follow through on their commitment to return promptly if your items don't sell at requested amount. And, when you first speak with them, they tell you your items are worth far more than what the auction will actually yield. I've requested my items be returned to me, and waited the requisite 10 days. I got no response after asking the status of my return. I do not recommend using worthy. Also, during the live auction, several problems were note with their platform and I was not able to see what was happening, or change my reserve price, leaving me completely in the dark without any control over the sale of my items.

      Giving three stars because sending the jewelry was easy and I was immediately notified when jewelry was received. I was concerned about sending jewelry without knowing if they were truly reliable. They also returned my jewelry promptly after determining there wasnt a demand for the type of jewelry. My issue is they charged $100 to return saying it was for postage/insurance. No way postage cost that much. They used Shoppo. A low cost postage service with no evidence of insurance for a ring we paid $4k for. I felt robbed. Who knows how many people they do this to. Shame on them. Save yourself the frustration, money and anxiety waiting on the jewelry to be returned.

      Do NOT use this company! Extremely frustrating and unprofessional company to do business with. You will be graced with kindness and attention UNTIL the second your auction ends. After that moment, its like the company goes into a black hole. I had a nightmare of a time getting any questions answered, hung up and/or disconnected when I called EIGHT times in one day. Zero good faith in trying to make it right with me. I would have rather used a different company that yielded less money then deal with anyone in this company. Atrocious. Especially when they knew I was dealing with a serious medical emergency from my daughters hospital bedside. THEY DONT CARE!

      Excellent! My account manager, Rachel, was very professional, helpful and there was always great communication throughout the whole process. She responded to my questions promptly. Everything proceeded on schedule and they even prolonged the auction of my ring because they knew a higher bid could be had. I received an additional $400 dollars over a bid that was above my reserve. I would definitely recommend Worthy.

      Worthy was a stab in the dark. I had no idea what to expect in selling my ring. It was very disconcerting to mail off a ring. The company was awesome and eased my fears. The representatives were so helpful, knowledgeable and followed up with me every step of the way. It was an incredible experience! I highly recommend this company to sell your jewelry. The auction was smooth and their fee very fair. I would use them again.
