Were they did a very good job for me, and if I had more jewelry to sell or other things, I certainly would use them. Very efficient they kept you apprised of where you were in the entire process and I got paid within a week so Im a very happy customer.Worthy.com

I had a ring that no longer fit me and decided to sell it instead of having it resized. It was too pretty to just take to the **** shop, and i didn't want to see anyone i knew wearing my ring, even if i didn't want it anymore. So, I looked around online for places and Worthy kept coming up as a good place to sell. I reluctantly placed my ring in a secure ***** box and sent it off. I was notified when it arrived, when it was cleaned, when it was sent for inspection and before the auction started. I got to follow the auction and was notified right away when it sold. It did take several days for the sale to be completed and me get my money, but I think I was just really anxious and nervous about getting actual money. But i did get the money deposited into my account and I was very please. I even sent off 2 more items to see if they will sell too. Thank youWorthy.com

I mailed my bridal ring set for valuation. I was informed by worthy that they would not be able to auction my ring for whatever reason. They were to mail my ring back to me in 7 to 10 business days. My ring was not sent until after the 10th day. I was provided with a ***** tracking number. I tracked the return of my ring set for several days. The tracking number still showed that it had not been mailed off from worthy. I contacted worthy and I was then informed the tracking number that was initially provided to me was incorrect at which point I was provided me with the correct one. When I picked up the package with my bridal set from *****, I found only the engagement ring was there and not the wedding band. I immediately contacted worthy and a few days later I was provided with a video and photos of the receipt of my ring set. The gentleman opening my package with my ring did not thoroughly look through the package. He cut, with was looks like a blade, through part of the package and set it aside. He then reached in and pulled out the engagement ring and looked inside the bag then tossed the bag aside. From my view of the video my ring could have easily stayed in that package. The package was not inverted to check to see if anything were to fall out and the video does not show the inside of the bag. I have requested to filed a claim with Worthy and Im now waiting to hear back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They delayed to ship back my ring, then they provided me with the incorrect tracking number, the poor inventory made by the employee, and now I no longer have a set so if I decide to sale it on my own, I wont sale it for as much. Believe all the poor reviews!!Worthy.com

During our team's initial review of your ring after opening your package, it was determined that the ring did not meet our minimum criteria for auction due to its characteristics and would need to be returned. We notified you of this that same day and started preparing your ring for return. We do acknowledge your return was processed outside of the normal timeframe we originally advised due to higher volumes at that time and we regret any frustration or concern it caused you.
Our Support team assisted with confirming the status of the return with you and to also address the concerns with the band you reported was missing from your return package. A very thorough review was completed and it was confirmed that the band was not within the original package when it arrived to our office. To protect both sellers such as yourself and our team, all packages and are opened under surveillance to confirm any contents received. To provide complete transparency, this footage was also shared with you. After reviewing this footage, we remain confident our team took necessary steps to inspect the packaging.
We are unable to conclude the band was placed in the package prior to being shipped and we sincerely hope that at some point it will turn up on your end if it hasn't already. If you have not been able to locate the band, we encourage you to check with your homeowner's or renter's insurance for possible coverage, if such a step has not already been taken.

I was skeptical of the whole situation. Not knowing if I sent my ring in the mail would it get lost or even returned if no one bought it. But after sending photos and my team member that kept me informed of every step . I felt better with my decision to use Worthy. I was a bit apprehensive about sending valuables via ****** but I read reviews and had a conversation with *** at Worthy. She walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date on everything. It was fun watching the live auction. Both items went above my minimum price, so I was thrilled. There were no hitches or surprises. My funds were directly deposited into my bank account.Worthy.com
