    The first time I had a prescription from them, it took 2 weeks to get. I called numerous times and kept getting a different reason. I escalated it several times and was told a supervisor would get back to me. None ever did. Excuses ranged from "not yet filled" to **** did not pick it up" (twice) to **** lost it so it will be refilled and resent."I am now doing a reorder and it has been almost a week since the doctor placed the prescription. I called several times at the end of last week (I am out of the medicine) and was told they were awaiting something from Insurance even though I told them insurance would not pay for it. I got the usual "supervisor will call" but no one did. I called twice yesterday and finally got it worked out to the point where things were "straightened out" and I paid for it authorizing over the phone. I got an email confirmation shortly thereafter. Today, I called to see if it had shipped. They said no because payment has not been authorized. Again "A supervisor will call you". In other words, we have not started to process the prescription yet. I have had it. Still no prescription, still not timeline to get it.

    The time period to prepare medication is about 1-2 business days before medication can be shipped.

    We expect the carriers to deliver the medication in a timely fashion as well, but they may encounter delays which can arise for various reasons which affect the delivery of a purchased medication.

    We apologize for our miscommunication and delay in following up while we investigated the non-receipt of your medication. 

    I'm happy that our dedicated support staff was able to correct this matter with our pharmacy partner to rectify the issue.

    I wish I could give negative stars. My doctor submitted a prescription to BlinkRx, which I filled once. The number of emails and texts I got from them was absurd. I have refills available, but I am not interested in continuing this medication. However, BlinkRx is spamming me every few days with "friendly reminder" emails about my prescription. I have hit the "unsubscribe" button, opted out of all communication, chatted online and emailed with their support team, and they will not stop emailing me. The emails are also inaccurate/false: they keep saying that my doctor "has submitted a new prescription" for me, which she has not. I echo what another reviewer wrote: is this a scam?

    If you want your rx to get delivered to the wrong address and spend hours going back and fourth between ***** telling you the pharmacy filled out the address incorrectly and the pharmacy to verify the address on the account (not verifying the form used) just before hanging up on you. Then this mail order pharmacy is exactly what you need!

    Probably the worst pharmacy service - Im now two weeks without my medication - I think the worst part are the lies - every day I call for an update - everyday I get the response its shipping today - and of course it doesnt - they told me the pharmacy was backordered on this medication but as their website says over 7000 network pharmacies - why couldnt they try another pharmacy- they said they couldnt as it was processed - my insurance shows no processing - the mismanagement of this is unreal - Ive been out for a week now and they dont care - and I cant get a why ? Tell your medical providers to stay clear of this vendor

    I was prescribed Miebo eye drops and the prescription was sent to BlinkRX. After painstakingly entering my entire list of allergies/reactions, they filled the prescription. It should never have gone through because it was a quinolone. I have a severe reaction to floroquinolones and this drug is a quinolone. Floroquinolones were derived from quinolones and if you are allergic to one, you should not take the other. Within an hour, I had a reaction that almost completely reversed 6 years of healing (from the last time I was unknowingly given a quinolone during surgery) when I called the Blink RX and asked why I was given a quinolone when I was allergic to floroquinolones, I was told that the pharmacist there said that there was no relationship between the medications. It took me about thirty seconds on the internet to find multiple scientific studies concluding that if youre allergic to one, you should not take the other. I dont know where this pharmacist received his degree, but he should not be employed as a pharmacist here, or anywhere else. This is definitely malpractice and Im the one who pays for his non-knowledge. Do yourself a favor and dont go for this discount pharmacy. However much you save, its not worth it. I also agree with other reviews I was on the phone for hours.

    Miebo is not a topical fluoroquinolone. Common fluoroquinolone medications include ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, & moxifloxacin. 

    Miebo (perfluorohexyloctane ophthalmic solution) is a sterile, clear and colorless ophthalmic solution containing 100% perfluorohexyloctane to treat the signs and symptoms of dry eyes.
    Miebo ophthalmic solution has no contraindications.

    If I could give negative starts, I would. Horrendous customer service. They will not refill my prescription until the day it is finished, then it takes 7 days to arrive, so I am always out. I have complained for 5 months to no avail. If you can avoid using this company, so yourself a favor and find an alternative.

    I am still waiting on a prescription to arrive that was ordered a couple weeks ago. They said it shipped through **** when tracking takes me to ****** Its been sitting there for days. **************** is horrible and when you try to rate them on it, the system wont let you give a bad score. Horrible, HORRIBLE company.

    I was ordered Miebo Eye drops by my doctor through Blink Rx. The price was $490.00 which I paid thinking that I would be covered by my two prescription insurers. However I did not know nor was I informed that it was filled by a ********** pharmacy so of course my prescription was not covered by my ********* insurers. I am livid! I sent a review to customer support but received no response to the above.

    I'm sitting on hold again trying to get a refill processed. I had to work to get them to keep the process moving with the initial prescription, and now I've hit a delay with the refill. There's no good way to find out the accurate status of an order or what needs to be done to get it filled. The initial prescription shipped from a pharmacy nowhere close to me (one that didn't work weekends and took a little while), and Blink told me they coudn't expedite the shipping, so I'd need to wait for regular mail, although the pharmacy told me after the fact that that they could have expedited if I'd paid the fee, but I couldn't pay them directly because they're contracted through Blink. It would have been easier to use a pharmacy that fills its own prescriptions.

    This company has the world's worst customer service experience of any company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. First, I was informed by my ophthalmologist that the cost of the eye cleansing solution would be around $60. After at least two weeks and no contact by Blink, I called them. They responded that they would let me know when my Rx would be ready by text or calling me. It took around another two weeks before anyone finally got in touch with me by text to let me know that my Rx cost was over $1,000 and that my insurance saved me $0.I informed the Blnk rep that my eye doc said the price is usually around $60. Further, the Blink rep said a lot of people were giving out bad information about that $60, that most insurance companies covered the cost except for the $60 cost, and that ******** did not cover that cost. Additionally, the rep said my cost should be $1,800+, but I could contact the Tarsus program for possible financial assistance. I have called that program and as of this sentence have been on hold for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. After my chat yesterday I was given the opportunity to fill out a customer service survey. The last question wanted to know on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the least satisfaction, how well Blink Rx resolved my situation. After giving them a 1, the question was asked again preceded with we didn't understand your response. So, I again gave them a 1, followed by another "try again. We didn't understand your response. Upon giving them another 1, there was another comment something to the effect that they did not understand my response and were ending the survey. Anyway, it left one with the thought that they didn't like my grading them so low, therefore they were ending this survey. I had to chuckle at that childish unprofessional response. It was then that I figured this company was probably a joint CCP /Fauci venture to rip off as many insurance companies and hardworking taxpayers as possible. Been on hold now 1 hr 52mn
