    Terrible company! On the app it stated my pharmacy would participate, but they won't so I requested a refund and keep getting told to wait **** business days. it has been 29 BUSINESS days and still NO refund. No one will answer the phone or emails. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company!!!!!!

    All orders processed through Blink Health are fully refundable if the pharmacy has not filled a medication. This allows our customers the flexibility to change their orders or refund a medication if they are unable to get it filled at the pharmacy, for any reason.

    **************** is the worst!I asked to speak with a supervisor and they hung up on me!I am on the line now trying to reconnect but no one will answer!!!!I do not recommend!!!!

    I followed all of the steps. I sent the prescription from my doctor to BlinkRx. But now they want me to enter the mg of each medicine, how many days, what type (extended release or not) again into their website. One of my medicines (Seroquel) costs $180 with BlinkRx, when I paid only $30 for it last year. Their website is broken. I had to wait 35 minutes on the phone, to speak with someone that was completely unhelpful.

    When prescriptions are sent in to Blink Health for home delivery, we match orders with prescriptions available for the patient. Without an order, the pharmacy will not ship the medication. We recognize that if youre unsure of your prescription details, or if our website is unclear on how to match your prescription and order this can be a frustrating process.

    We have recently dealt with higher-than-normal call volumes, however, our pharmacy staff can be reached at ************ and are excellent resources to guide you through setting up any orders.
    Lastly, we also offer support for local pharmacies to fill your prescription. This would allow you the flexibility to utilize our discount prescription pricing, as well as have the convenience of being able to go to a local trusted pharmacy.

    BUYER BEWARE - A borderline SCAM as many other previous customers have noted. Inconsistent and unreliable fulfillment and shipping and a business model designed to continue billing. Far better options for prescriptions. This company should not be in business.

    Like others said this is definitely borderline scam never refilled a simple prescription.Took my $10 for a unnecessary doctor visit for a common medicine.

    Terrible service. I would never recommend this. They overcharge, are rude and are a borderline scam. For whatever it is you need just go to a regular doctor because when you need a refill they are going to make you go to a doctor for a physical or bloodwork or both, so what the heck is the point of this place?
