  If I could leave a 0 stars I would. This is the most unorganized company I have ever seen. My medicine was shipped in a bag and the bottle got broke (that part really isn't their fault- but what happened after is ridiculous). I had paid my portion of the cost and contacted them to see what I should do. They said they would get it "escalated" and that they would see if they could send a new prescription. Never heard anything. Several phone calls and almost a month later I am still calling and each time it is like no one knows what I am talking about. That is then followed by "its been escalated". The pharmacist says don't take what you have received. There is no retail pharmacy that could get away with this kind of incompetence. I am in healthcare and have never seen anything this bad!!!!!

  BlinkRx is a Nightmare - each month - a drug I need to stop severe & chronic pain for my brain - they s**** up on getting it to me. Hours upon hours, lies upon lies, they are so missed managed, they drop the ball, it's like a vast pool of idiots who say - please hold while I check with my team of other idiots. They never resolve anything. No one takes responsibility. They kick the can and then they kick the can some more. You'll be lucky to get your drugs. They say they will "escalate", "expedite", "talk with their team", "get back to you in 24 hrs" and yippy yappy yahoo. Welcome to BlinkRx - you just got sucker punched... into their shell game of a whole lot of trap doors to ************. I hope the medication you were looking for wasn't to keep you alive - cause you are probably dead by now and BlinkRx just killed you. Yeah. That's how bad they are... I said Nightmare and I am not kidding around.

  They are horrible. It took 2 weeks to get my prescription so I ran out of my medication. Thankfully, it wasnt a heart medication or Id probably be dead. Prescription was submitted on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. First, they didnt send it to their partner pharmacy, Village Fertility, for several days. I contacted Village Fertility that Saturday and they told me the prescription had been filled and was going to be shipped that day. However, they never even created a shipping label until the following Monday and even then didnt deliver it to the shipper for several days more. It took 2 full weeks to get my prescription when I was told it would be in a few days. And, even then when it was so late they sent it by regular mail. BlinkRX is highly unreliable. Their customer service is friendly but youll get a different story from every person you talk to. Also, the tracking information for the shipment was incorrect and nobody replied to my email to provide the correct information. Turns out the tracking link that didnt work that they sent along with the number was for **** Yet, they sent it by ****. After this fiasco, I looked into the company. Look into whos on the board of directors. Its no wonder they dont know what theyre doing. Im now filling my prescription at a local pharmacy rather than dealing with these people who obviously dont know what theyre doing.

  Have been waiting a month for a prescription at my doctor sent in, I call leave messages, because nobody wants to answer the phone. Extremely poor customer service. So I assume if you could ever get through its probably an extremely poor company to deal with.

  I have been trying for a few days to try and connect to pay for my prescription. They have repeatedly give me a 1/2 dozen reasons why they feel my credit/debit card and another card wont go thru. Asked if I could pay via a check and was told there is no other form of payment methods.I find this very shody business practices and iam most definatly contacing the ********************** and the *********** *****************

  They do not fill prescriptions, but cash ****** and ************** They say it is processing the medication, but no one knows what that means. Multiple phone calls to get copay back and they still listed the prescription as filled with ********.

  I have been waiting over 3 weeks for prescription. My follow-up appointment is this coming Thursday (1 month) and still havent received my meds. This company should be shutdown. These arent shoes Im price shopping for, this a medication. Shame on them.

  Don't try to get help thru their chat line. The agents, except 1 I dealt with, are too fast to cut off the issue and want to sit and do nothing .

  Never got my meds. Felt terrible until I could get to another *** for another prescription as they would never transfer mine. Terrible company to deal with. If meds are important then get them elsewhere or you will never get them. This place shouldnt be allowed to fill prescriptions when lives are at stake

  I wish I would have seen the BBB reviews for this company before we set up a pharmacy transaction with them. We had a similar experience as many other reviewers on this site. This company does NOT care about customer service. They make promises that they do not intend to keep, and tell their customers what they want to hear, but have no intentions of honoring their agreements. They do not listen to customer's instructions, and when they do not comply with the terms set up, they refuse to listen or resolve issues. They deny everything, even when there is evidence that validates that they had blatantIy lied, and when confronted with the evidence they admit that they had lied about it, but refuse to do anything to make it right. I would steer clear of doing business with this company, and I would never recommend BlinkRX to anyone. This company should not be in business!
