    I am beyond angry and dissatisfied with this company. I bought a new car for the first time ever two years ago and as a single mom for me to buy it on my own was a big accomplishment. I added the crystal fusion package to my purchase as it was highly recommended and I thought it would be best to protect my new vehicle in all ways that I can. That all changed after this week. I called the company to file a claim regarding a crack in my windshield. After what felt like 30 minutes of interrogation about how the crack happened, whether I knew how it happened, what was the point of impact, etc., I told them I was not sure if it was a rock chip as I did not see the rock hit my windshield at the moment and cause the damage right away. I also drive 100 or more miles a day just to get to work, so I pass a lot of vehicles and live in a tourist community full of commuters right now. The customer service agent continued to interrogate me and ask me the same question over and over again. I kept telling them I was not sure as I did not want to lie or over assume that it was in fact just a rock that hit me. As a result of me telling them, I wasn't entirely sure if it was due to a rock they denied my claim. I asked to speak to a supervisor and did get a call back from her yesterday but was told the same thing. Had I known that it would have been safer to assume it was a rock and tell them that straight up whether I had facts or not, I would have just done that. I had no idea that they would interrogate me over the specific cause of how my windshield got cracked, I just trusted that because I had their coverage it would cover me no matter what happened. I was wrong. I will be obtaining legal counsel to obtain some sort of justice for them scamming me and taking advantage of me. I am a single parent, working 3 jobs and raising children on my own. For this company to scam me and trick me by twisting my words is one of the worst things I've ever experienced.

    Crystal Fusion offers a windshield warranty that includes full replacement and recalibration. Our terms and conditions are clearly stated on the reverse side of the form. We understand the frustration not understanding these terms and conditions can be. However, we comply exactly to the terms and conditions stated and are registered with each state as well. We do recommend that when the windshield is replaced to have the product re-intsalled (free of charge) in order to keep the warranty active for the remainder of the contract.

    Upon my own further confirmation, as of 7/22/22 @ 11am, per confirmation from CRYSTAL FUSION customer service, my warranty is in fact ACTIVE until 6/26/25.

    We bought Crystal Fusion windshield coverage for our van, which has a very large and expensive heated windshield. The glass experienced a crack during regular road driving on a long road trip, so we immediately scheduled a service appointment with the selling dealer to get the glass replaced. However, today the dealer who sold us the Crystal Fusion warranty said that we had to independently contact Crystal Fusion, but by that point 72 hours had already elapsed so Crystal Fusion will not replace the windshield and we have to pay out of pocket.Snake oil, do not purchase!

    As with any warranty and/or insurance, there are terms and conditions which need to be understood. As long as these terms and conditions are met, Crystal Fusion abides by the promises of the warranty. This includes full replacement of the windshield and reapplication of the product free of charge. The customer called in the claim after the required time and therefore was not eligible according to the terms and conditions on the reverse side of the warranty. The customer was informed that if the windshield was replaced, and the product re-applied, the warranty would continue for the duration.
