    I received a LinkedIn message that I was being chosen for a find a top doc award from Texas Monthly. I was asked to make appointment and they interviewed me and charged me $640 for this "award". Turns out it was not from Texas Monthly. They were dishonest and very pushy. I told them 3 times I did not want it. I also have never authorized recurring payments which they are trying to charge my credit card

    As per telephone conversation with your magazine I have paid the initial sum of $1365.11 for my subscription, along with plaque shipping fees. I was told there will be additional 3% marketing fee on the initial sum and no other charges. To my surprise, on 11/10/2023 I been charged an additional $1340.33, without any prior notice or authorization. I want to emphasize that I do not consent to nor authorize this additional charge of $1340.33. This unexpected transaction is not only inconvenient but also goes against the terms initially communicated to **** kindly request that you promptly investigate this matter and provide a thorough explanation for this unauthorized charge. Additionally, I expect the immediate reversal of the unauthorized amount back to my account.I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to a ****************

    This company charged my credit card $816.62 without my approval. When searching online to figure out how to cancel whatever account they have, it seems to not exist. They never had my authorization to charge my credit card. I want a refund and any account canceled.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They state that "they are unable to remove from ******** Nobody is asking them to remove ****** results!!!

    On THEIR website - findatopdoc.com  they need to remove "******** NEW PROFILE" .which appears when one puts in my last name and zip code on the findatopdoc.com webpage: **********************************************

    If one puts in my last name and zipcode on **********************************************, my profile which has been created by findatopdoc.com appears. It is their job to delete my profile from their website, not google's!

    They need to delete my profile. Findatopdoc is posting my profile - not ******* They are playing dumb!

    I have asked twice via email for my information to be removed. I have tried creating an account on this website so that I could 'update' the information and possibly delete it myself- but the site NEVER sends me the *** text code despite multiple attempts as this feature of their website appears to be turned-off/non-functional and a faulty feature..This website has my personal home address posted as my business address.This website has my personal cell phone number posted as my business phone number.This website has created a 'bio' describing my skills that I have never created.Problem: I work with unstable mental health patients who can now search me on the internet, come to my home, and place myself or my family at risk for harm.Resolution: Complete removal/deletion of account information.

    I was called and told that I was selected as a top doctor and my bio was going to be written up in women in medicine. I spoke to them for half an hour and gave them details about my career and my practice. I was originally told it was free, but then I was told there were levels of payment, up to over $1000. It elected to pay the lowest level, $189. When I went to find my bio, I couldn't find it. I then googled the business and learned that it was fraudulent.
