    I too was added to their email list without ever signing up. I have never heard of this company until I got TWO emails back-to-back thanking me for signing up. When I called, the person on the phone could not transfer me higher and said an employee must have manually entered my email. Looks like they have someone doing some shady stuff adding all of us without our consent. I will purposefully only buy perfume from their competitors as a result. They need to figure out who is entering email addresses in some attempt to make their company or themselves look good, and fire them. This is not a good look for this company.

    I ordered *************** Unlimited from FragranceX.com. Requested on my order & insisted on emails after that that it shouldn't be left at the door but locked in a parcel locker because packages go missing where I live but still they left it by the door unattended. They sent me a picture of the package which was clearly printed on "PUT IN THE PARCEL ******* left at the door. It went missing & when I claimed they made me wait 2 months & told me they cannot pay because they couldn't access the parcel locker, they never asked the building superintendent they just threw it on the door. In my opinion the delivery guy should have been smart enough to know why the package was printed "PUT IN PARCEL ******* ********* take it back with him if he couldn't deliver it there.I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

    I purchased perfume from fragrancex.com and received it in a white generic box with no top...it was the tester bottle of spray. They should have specified that on there website. It sunshine by ***************************** that I supposedly ordered but when I sprayed the bottle it did not smell the same as the 1 I have. I will never order from them again.

    the worst customer policy after I spent over $376 including shipping i did not receive my orders they customer service was not helpful in me getting my order or my money back .

    I just ordered my first order from this company. My order arrived but one of the bottles had leaked out and was nearly empty. I immediately tried to call but reached a recording saying no one was available to take my call. I then emailed customer service asking for a replacement or refund and attached a photo of the item. I received an email requesting more photos to prove damage. I sent more photos clearly showing the leakage stain in the package. I then received an email stating they would look into it. The next day I received another email stating that they could not send a replacement (even though it was in stock) but they would offer me a half refund or I could package up the item and return the empty bottle to them and once they received and process the empty bottle they would refund my money. I asked them several times why they cant just replace my item since it is in stock and the response was we dont replace that type of product (it was a mini bottle) but was $26.00. Regardless of the size, the company does not back their product and after 3 days of emailing and fighting for them to make this right I will not use this company going forward.

    After 10 years of buying from FragranceX, they held a simple annual order and wanted me to jump through additional hoops to process my order. I found another vender ************* that easily completed my order for much less.

    I made a purchase through ****** pay in 4 on February 4, 2023 for cologne for my husband's birthday. I received a receipt from ****** that the transaction had taken place. I then received emails from Fragrancex.com to complete my order. I was confused because clearly money was taken from my account. I called Frangrancex.com and spoke with someone from customer service. She informed that she can see the money transaction but couldn't explain to me why my order wasn't shipped. She said to give her 24 hours to seek help from management because she couldn't do anything on her end. Now 24 fast forward 24 hours has come and gone and I received no call back. I called back to Fragrancex.com and I get another customer service representative and she tells me it's being reviewed. I tell her I want to cancel the order because this was a time sensitive order as it was a birthday gift and I needed it by a certain time. She tells me she can't cancel out the order because they are still trying to find it. So in turn I will continue to pay on a order that they can't find. Wow! I'm so disappointed with this company I've ordered from them before and never had an issue until this. I shared this review to say please be cautious ordering from them because they can't explain how this happened so chances are they can't prevent it from happening to someone else.

    I have tried to order higher end perfume from this company with 2 different cards and I receive an email stating they need me to contact my "bank" and have them provide me with a 6 character code which I then have to send to FragranceX.com in an email. First off, the second card I used isnt even a bank, its a credit card. Second, I have never had any company inquire about getting a six character code to verify my payment details. That is normally an automated process that is done during the checkout process on a secure site. Email is not secure and I would never provide the customer this information. I truly think it is their way of stating they don't have the product but they just want to make it look more "legit" by claiming they need this "code". This is extremely bad business practice and the company should be shut down because I feel they are falsely advertising products they do not have. I cancelled both orders as soon as I received the email request for the "more info". Steer clear of these scammers.
