    Terrible service and no help at all.... had two fraudulent charges on my account. they could see the account but since they were not being mailed to my same address as my card has, they would not give me any info on where they mailed the product to, Even though it was charged on my account and I provided my REAL address, they would not tell me the address the merchandise was sent to only the city name. I had to call my CC company and file on both charges, cancel my card and get a new card. I just wanted to know the address of where they mailed the product to, but they said no. I would not buy from this company and recommend you do not give them your CC info

    Terrible customer service and they refused to replace my order when it never arrived.AVOID FRAGRANCEX AT ALL COSTS.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    The company will not own up to the problem Im having I ordered a bottle of cologne from fragrance x when I received the package all of the cologne spilled out of the bottle into the packaging box I sent pictures and they keep asking for more pictures Ive sent them with no response or action

    If you receive your order completely unscathed, then I would recommend this company, but that's a ******. This company solely focuses on fragrance and given that fragrance bottles are usually glass, easily breakable, and the juice in the bottle can easily leak, the products are prone to damage. I ordered three items. Two were perfectly fine. The third perfume leaked in the bottle and the cap was broken. I emailed the company. The customer service (CS) rep was unclear in her request but asked for photos of the damage which I provided. She continually asked for more photos only to share that my photos did not meet the "burden of proof." I was not provided a refund or replacement. I also spoke to several CS reps via phone and was told by two that my photos were sufficient and a resolution should be provided. I have never had to jump through this many hoops for a resolution only to get none, end up with an unusable product, and disappointment. I will never order from them again because it anything breaks, I will be liable (as if I broke my own perfume in transit to my home).

    There customer service is horrible, there shipping is even worse, I was warned about this company but I didn't listen, don't make the same mistake I did, (it could) cost you money, if saving a few dollars (and you can) is what you want, but may not receive your package is what you want this is the company for you, I've learned my ******** I'll pass!! you've been warned, I don't recommend this company!

    Horrid customer experience and buying experience! I purchased what was advertised as ****** by **********************" fragrance, a perfume I have been wearing for 25+ years.They had a "limited edition" style bottle listed under the fragrance for a considerately cheaper price, so I went ahead and purchased it. Upon receiving and getting the sprayer started, I immediately noticed this was not my beloved fragrance.Upon some further investigation, I learned the fragrance they sent me was in fact called "Summer ********* however it didn't state anywhere on the listing on their site, nor on the fragrance box that it was a different perfume. This specific "summer edition" fragrance was listed under ***** by **********************, so I essentially thought I was getting the classic ***** in a different limited edition styled bottle.I contacted them by e-mail and was in touch with an individual by the name of ***, explained that they should have put this perfume on a separate page of it's own as it is an entirely different fragrance, and asked if they could rectify the situation. I just wanted my classic ***** ** ********************** as the perfume was mis-advertised.I was told I would have to send back and they would refund me MINUS the shipping costs!!!!There was complete disregard from Ran.This is the summer edition that no where it was indicated it was a different fragrance.I don't recommend fragrancex based on the poor quality of customer service I received. They clearly disregard the customer.All I wanted was my ***** De La Renta perfume, but instead received this horrid aquatic mess of a perfume.Disappointed, please do not shop at fragrancex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Note to fragrancex: you keep up that crappy attitude you have towards customers, and you will never last in business. you oughta be ashamed of yourselves.

    This online company is a fraud . I ordered several perfumes from them. They send me 2 perfumes opened and old and the original box has stains and one of them the spray tube broken and its useless and quarter of the bottle empty. The other perfume it was fake and the box the perfume was almost empty and the box said sample only . Its not like the one in there website and smells alcohol and fake . I contacted the company by email and phone they didnt approve my claim and blame the problem on the shipping carrier who delivered the box. The customer service person hanged up the phone while I was talking with him and said there is no proof that the perfume were shipped like this. Iam frustrated and disappointed on this company because they have a fake reviews . They sell fake perfumes as the original one and has no respect for people who buy from them. I sent them pictures and videos of the damaged bottles but no enough proof they said. I got my order last Friday I called and emailed them the same day but they didnt respond until today without any solutions to my problem.Please help investigate this company

    Good products and prices if you ever receive your package of course.Very bad customer service that is not solving your problem but instead just blame the delivery service and advise you to talk to them. They will not recend something that is lost or stolen I would spend my money alswhere

    Purchased 5 bottles of perfume 3 were broken at delivery and they refused to replace the items. I will never order from them again.

    Awesome company! Great customer experience. Highly recommended as they get the orders delivered very fast and its one of the few online company that you van get someone to actually answer the phone.
