    This is a fraudulent company and should be shut down. I purchased frames from the CoolFrames website on August 21, with a 2-day delivery. I called the company on August 26 inquring about the frames, and the representative on the phone claimed that the frames will be shipped on August 28. On August 27, I messaged a represenatative online, who then said that the frames have been discontinued. They will not give a full refund, instead offering to give a "5% discount" on alternative frames. Avoid this company at all costs and I will be reporting the company to the ***'s *****************************.

    Great. NOW I look and see that cool frames is a rated F business. After I have already given them $300 and keep getting the run around. The lenses I received I was told were scratch resistant, they are either on my face or in a case, yet somehow they are TERRIBLY scratched right over my pupil so they are not even useable anymore. Then they tell me they will send me a shipping label and correct the issue, I thought that was wonderful, only get get an email saying the person misspoke and I would have to pay to send my glasses to them. No one will answer me as to if they are a manager and I have no assurances that if I send them my $300 pair of glasses I will get ANYTHING back let alone what I paid for already. This is a total disaster, my glasses from another company are 10% of the price are 1000% better quality. CoolFrames is out there proving you DO NOT always get what you pay for. I just want CoolFrames to stand behind their word and their product. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

    I ordered a pair of oakley eyeglasses all black frames it should have been simple but it took almost over a month to get them now I they sent me the wrong frames!! I don't know how could they do that now I have to wait another 3 weeks for my new frames!!! They didn't offer me fast shipping I have to pay for that!! Why should I pay extra when they made the mistake!!!

    I purchase my lenses and frames Oct 11, 2021, cost $1378.00 which also includes scratch resist, my lenses are all scratched up like a bunch of spider webs, I spoke to the cool frames and they told me by email that my warranty was out, I don't know what a warranty has to do with me paying additional money for scratch resist! I am requesting to honor the scratch resist I paid for or a refund!     BEW**E!!!!! I ordered glasses at the beginning of January, frames as well as lenses. When they arrived, I literally couldnt see out of them, and the lenses were purple from the ** coating. After going back-and-forth for a month and a half, I finally agreed to pay several hundred dollars more to get the better lenses and ** coating. Long story short, today is March 6th, Ive now spent $545.75 and I STILL HAVE NO GLASSES!!!! Im so over this company and all of their stupid responses! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! ?????? What?But today I was told that if I dont want to pay a few hundred dollars more, theres a 20% restocking fee, which is NEWS TO ME!!! since Ive been talking about a refund for a month and a half, and now Im told the lenses arent refundable!!! **E YOU KIDDING ME??? How does this company get away with running such such a scam operation, BLINDLY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!Now I will spend as much time as needed posting W**NING REVIEWS everywhere possible. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

    Awful experience took month to get glasses still havent been able to pick them up. Shipped required in person signature making it impossible to pick up. Takes forever to get answers back and the owner is a useless individual. Do not buy from them. They are the worst to deal with and to make you wait over month for glasses that are promised with rush shipping in a week is insane.

    I should have read reviews before doing business with that company. I ordered on January 13 **** and my order was not shipped until Jan 26th. They claimed carrier delay on holiday - MLk Day. Then they said it will be shipped by the middle of the next week. On the 23rd after my 3rd inquiry they said it was shipped and provided a tracking number. Liars! They created a label to look like it was shipped. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED! On the 26th I called the business their vm said they were closed. The call was made during their opening hours. I emailed them threatening to call my Credit card company and get my money back. Later that night i checked the tracking and say **** got the package after 3 pm on the 26th after I threatened to call the credit card company! Dont waste your time and energy doing business with that company. Didn't they say it was shipped on the 23rd ? LIARS!!Not worth the frustration. Hope my package is not empty as another person review said!

    I'm truly disappointed on your service, you didn't even acknowledge my request for information about my prescription sunglasses and the empty box you sent to me, it is clear that coolframes do not run a legitimate business

    I have purchased a pair of prescription sunglass for $237 on November 29th. They wont ship my item and if I cancel they will charge me a restocking fee, even though they wont tell me when I will receive my item for real....each time I call they say they just have one more thing to do and it will be shipped out. I have not received a response from my emails, direct message, and chat online. Not Cool, CoolFrames. -1 stars for me.
