    The prescription glasses were delivered in a reasonable amount of time but once I tried them on I noticed they were blurry and upon further inspection could see small bubbles in the film that had been applied to the lens. I contacted customer support and was asked to take pictures of the problem which is not possible on the clear lenses with very small bubbles. They said I could send them back and they would fix the problem so I mailed the glasses back at my expense. A few weeks later I received what I hoped would be a new pair of glasses but turned out to be exactly the same pair with the same lenses and even the oil from my face when I had tired them on originally was still there meaning no one looked at them and they simply sent them back. I contacted customer service again and again they asked for pictures which I can't get to come out, they said I could send them back again but why should I have to pay to ship them again. I asked if they could provide a shipping label and they said they couldn't without pictures but I pointed out they already had the glasses back at one point and never looked at them. At this point I am very frustrated and if this is their quality control and customer service I would stay away from this company. I understand mistakes happen which is why I paid to send them back the first time but this is getting ridiculous. UPDATE: I sent the glasses back again and this time circled the imperfections with a dry erase marker, I just received the glasses back and at least this time they had been cleaned since the marker is gone but the bubbles are still there and they are unusable. This company is a joke!

    Don't believe the bad reviews. Just make sure you send the correct prescription. From ordering to delivery I had them within a week. I am blown away by this company and will continue to support them and spread the word. They even sent the lens envelops to show the ** was correct. Thank you Cool Frames!

    I am pretty disappointed with my experience dealing with "Coolframes". I first placed my order on 3/12 for prescription glasses. I did not hear anything back regarding my order so I called 3 separate times in order to get an "updated" invoice to which each time I was told I would get the email for the invoice. I finally got the invoice on 3/21 which was supposed to include the insurance discount. They included the insurance discount but removed the 25% discount I had used during my check-out on 3/12. When I called their staff for a 4th time they told me it was expired, which is laughable since I called several times requesting an invoice that their team could not provide. When I asked for a manager I was told "my information" would be passed along. I won't be using this company again.
