The mobile website ***** as well. Very unhappy with the quality of the frame and backing for the price. Can't believe the hardware to hang isn't already mounted on as well. The corners of the frame are already chipping. You can see white underneath the gray. Would attach photos if that were an option. Will never order from here again. Frame quality is worse than the cheap already made frames from Hobby Lobby. The backing is thin corrugated carboard.

  I received my frame in the correct size but it had a bit of a texture that was not described/depicted on their website. I contacted the company and was told that, because it was the correct size, they would not refund my shipping cost and would not provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. They didn't seem to be at all concerned with customer satisfaction. I will not be doing business with this company again in the future.

  HI *****, we are sorry to hear that the frame style did not work for you,We do offer to many different types of frame colors,finishes, Based off the images you provided to ** the frame you received is the correct frame that was ordered. Being that all of our items are custom made to order we do not provide prepaid return labels , But accept returns on all items. I do see that an alternative option was given to you where you donated the item instead of paying to have it shipped back. A refund has been issued on the donated item.

  I ordered frames in "rugged gray" and ended up receiving frames that are metallic silver. Upon speaking to ***, and her manager ******, the picture showing the "rugged gray" are when they receive the frame material with the protective coating on. The pictures that show a brown metallic frame, however, are allegedly the actual material to be received. This is patently false advertising. Receiving a frame that is metallic silver is not equivalent to what was ordered - a matte gray frame that has variation in colors. Upon speaking to their alleged customer service representatives, the only option to receive a refund would be to "donate" the items, get a donation receipt made out to art to frames, and then provide them with proof of donation. I asked to escalate this up the chain, in which ******, the manager, indicated that she reports to no one and no one else would be able to help me. Further, the only option to receive my money back is to donate it - providing a return shipping label is not an option. Their proposed "solution" is not an acceptable at all. Further, it's absurd solution in view of the patently false advertising on their website.
