    I have ordered 5 frames in the past several months. One was damaged and communications online was very responsive and fast. A new frame was shipped out quickly. The last phone call I made with customer service was eager to direct me online when I had questions so I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars for the people on the phone. The first time I called, the woman was extremely helpful.I have been very happy with the quality of the products and how they are packaged and shipped out. After seeing all of the very negative reviews in 2021 and 2022, I believe the company has fixed many of the customer service issues but they are not perfect and still have room for improvement.

    Very impressed with Art to Frames! This was my first time using their site to fame up a concert poster. The user interface was easy to navigate and the product was shipped out very quickly. Even better, the quality of the product for the price point was much better than expected. They are easy to contact via email with any questions as well. Very helpful and prompt.     Ive purchased frames from other vendors and put up with hard to understand websites ordering process. My most recent purchase I had been on another website struggling to figure out how to order what I needed. I got so frustrated and said the heck with it. I did another search on the internet and found American Frame. In my mind I already had bad thoughts about this site as well but, it ended up being a great experience, easy to use, and understanding site. I found my forever favorite framing website for my artwork. Thanks American Framing.
