    I pick a frame and purchased it via their check out system, then the next morning they call me asking for additional money for the purchase I had already made, SCAM! I dont feel I can trust this seller and I highly recommend other artists and collectors avoid Art To Frames, they cant be trusted.

    I regret ordering from Art to Frames and wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I placed my order in August, and over a month later, I still have not received my frame. I've attempted to contact them via email,o response. I attempted to chat with one of thei but there was nr representatives only to be told they were on holiday. When I tracked back through the Amazon shipping code, it appears to be stuck. Based on the comments below, I'm expecting it to be damaged. What a complete waste of money. I'm wondering if this is a scam.

    The frame looked gorgeous online. I paid nearly $100 for it. I get it, it's completely plastic. Even whats supposed to be glass..is plastic. NEVER AGAIN. SITE IS VERY DECEIVING!

    My custom frame was damaged when it arrived, I contacted them and they said they would give me 20% off of my NEXT order or they could replace the frame.. I just wanted a refund because the quality was so shoddy and it was damaged. When I asked for a refund they said I had to pay for shipping to send the frame back. I clearly didn't want the frame, but I also don't feel like I should pay return shipping for something that came to me damaged. They would not budge at all. Their customer service is atrocious. I'm getting a replacement frame, but they don't send the glass, aka acrylic, which is fine but I have to save the hardware that I PAID EXTRA to have installed on the frame. PLEASE Do not use this company. The only reason I used them is because they are a US company. ****** learned, I will definitely pay more money next time to have a better product and experience.

    This was my second order from Art to Frames after seeing their selections on Amazon. The size I needed to fit perfectly wasn't a standard size so I went directly to their site and sent info and questions. They quickly responded and put me at ease! My frame arrived a couple weeks later and it's absolutely perfect! Highly Recommend!!!

    If you go the web site when ordering it says no post office boxes but then they decide to send it **** anyway. Of course they wont deliver to my physical address so it goes back to them, then I tell them 5 times to send it **** they ignore me and send it ****** prime , we dont have that here on ****************. Goes back again, because ****** handed it off to **** . so now a month later it s going back to them! I wonder how stupid they are? will they send it **** again!!?? Or will they listen to me and follow my directions and send it ups.dont do drugs kids.

    I never signed up for this companys information. I have no use for their product, yet somehow they have my number and I have been receiving multiple texts. No matter how many times I delete and report as junk they continue to come through. I see through other complaints/reviews Im not the only one this has happened to. So, again, since I did not create an account with this company THEY need to be the ones to remove all that information and stop sending me texts, because I have nothing to log into! *********************************

    I was in search of a very specific frame and Art to Frames had exactly what I was envisioning. I couldnt find this frame at Michaels or other stores. Im glad I ended up finding this frame that now hangs in my home.

    Ridiculous website!! Tried and failed several times to order a frame and chose PayPal for my payment. The site would never redirect me. The screen just went blank. Also the price changed every time I tried to place an order on the website. Total aggravation and waste of time.
