    I signed up for the free subscription as all I wanted to do was track the letters I'd sent through USPS + Pigeonly. It's taking 5 weeks at MINIMUM for them to process mail. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT send your loved one any mail, especially while they're at a classification facility. Their response to me was 'Please be advised that once the mail is already delivered to the facility we don't have any controls on that anymore but once that is not received by the inmate they might disregard the mail or sent it back to your primary address" Pigeonly you HAVE control when you received mail. Ya'll need to work out a new system to make up for your mistakes. This is a ridiculous company who clearly needs new management, new board, new director. Hell...To the CEO, sell this company because all these 1 star reviews are facts that you're failing terribly.

    I signed up for 1 month unlimited for $19.99 within the next week or so I was charged again for $19.99 in which they promptly refunded the second $19.99. So 3 weeks into the 1 month unlimited I was charged $34.99 not sure why as I didnt agree to any more charges and my first month had not expired yet. They say UNLIMITED but they wont allow UNLIMITED....it depends on how many you actually upload in an order and then they wont allow any more to be sent until the last order has been received by the inmate. This is a crock of crap and even if I wanted to continue I will not after all this hassle and all the unnecessary funds you with held without my permission. NOT RECOMMENDING this company. Further more the Corrections Dept. need to find other means for us to communicate with our love ones. I am waiting for my last $34.99 to be refunded as I write.... Connie Allen

    I signed up for Pigeonly months ago. On November 28, 2022 I was charged twice for 34.99 - it says it was manually entered. I have not purchased anything. I contacted them via email and left a voicemail since you can't get a hold of anyone. They said: Hello Abigail Thank you for reaching us, Upon checking your account using your name and email provided, your account is on our forever-fee plan and I do not see any charges of $34.99. Can you please provide the phone number on the account so I can make sure I am looking at the right one? Customer Service Representative Yet my phone number is updated.

    Charged me $34.99 for a subscription that is advertised as forever free plan and any and all attempts Ive made to contact customer support has been a joke the thieves running this website need to be held accountable

    My inmate is still waiting for mail that was received by pigeonly back on September 10th . We are now in October this is ridiculous!!! Why is the ************* even paying this company to handle the mail for our inmates when the doc all ready photo copies the mail and pics before inmate gets ********** scam to keep inmates from connecting with family.

    I signed up and was immediately charged $34.99 for the forever free plan which, is supposed to be free on Wednesday. A representative responded Thursday and confirmed I did in fact sign up for the free plan and apologetically asked for a screenshot of the charge, to which I sent. It is now Saturday and Ive heard nothing back and received no refund for a charge I did not approve and is practically fraudulent. Hopefully other people do their research prior because this company is a scam and these reviews below are CRAZY.

    I wanted to do the free trial to send my father cards. So I made an account on September 23rd 2022. I sent a card on September 26th. I canceled the free trial on the September 30th. Today 10/ 6 2022 while doing my check book I saw they changed me *****! The app will not allow you to delete your card information which I never understood why they needed it if it's "FREE"! I feel bad because I told my sister about this site before this happened and now she too is going through the same thing. My status says subscription cancels on 10/23/2022. Here's the kicker....since they charged me I tried to send a card and it said my free card has already been used for the month. I haven't sent anything in October. I'm so upset please help. Thank you
