    I have been charged $34.99 twice within 3 days..I haven't even chosen a plan it's the forever free which only allows you to send a letter or postcard like once a month for no charge..I just logged on to this site and you have already charged me twice for nothing..I have called and been on hold no one ever answered the call! I would like my money back for both charges on my card! This site is ridiculous..

    Zero stars. My debit card was charged 34.99, unauthorized and for "FOREVER FREE" subscription. Why on Earth would a company like this do such a thing. It's bad enough I have an inmate to support, and to get fraudulently charged. And now it's telling me I cannot delete the subscription or remove my inmate. This absolutely absurd... It's ridiculous that the letters I physically send to my inmate take 3 times as long to get to him as well. Between the mail room and the online fraud this company should be sued and shut down!!!!!!

    Scam scam they charge you 34.99 4 times they say refunds 3-14 days never get it and they lie to win dispute with bank I want my money back!! In mate get pictures

    Constantly charged more than one time a month a couple years ago. Being a single mother with no child support due to the baby's father being incarcerated, this was not something I could afford. Got refund and cancelled membership. Tried it again a couple years later because of the convenience, and they did the same thing. This time they made 9 charges over the week of the Thanksgiving holiday, about $250 over the monthly fee. Got some of my refund and absolutely cancelled. They just recently charged me again even though I cancelled my account last year. Whatever they are funneling money for, it's a shame they're choosing family's of those who are incarcerated to do it from.

    While the service is great for keeping in touch with incarcerated loved ones, they are horrible with transactions. Every few months I'm having to email customer support because they are taking out more than the monthly payment for their services. This has happened several times in the 3 years I've used this service. Yes, it gets corrected and the money put back into my account, but it continues to happen over and over again. If I didn't have a loved one locked up, I would discontinue the use of this company, but it is the only that will send pictures, greeting cards, postcards and other things that don't get returned because it's not allowed. If it was a one time incident this would be a different review, but it is consistent with overdraws. Please, if you can avoid using this, I would.
