    I have been trying unsuccessful for 3 to 4 days now to put my card on their website it will not accept my bank card nor any other credit card that I have. I made the effort to try to call them but it was a long wait so finally I did what they advised and let them know the phone number and they were supposed to call me back that was 3 days ago. I have not received a call!? I'm furious they're lying only stays open till like 7:00 it's ridiculous I'm going to see if the institution that I'm using this for has other means I'm tired of this crap it's always something with them!!

    I am in the same situation! I actually only used Pigeonly twice in five months, but I got charged almost every two days, and once even FOUR times on the same day, even though I did not use Pigeonly on that day! In total, I lost almost 1000 Dollars. This is a high price for sending one batch of pictures and one Christmas card...! I reported the incident to the police and had my credit card canceled. The credit card company is insured against scams and fraud and reimbursed me the full amount. I can advise everyone in the same situation to report this as a scam.

    I need help I reviewed the other reviews and am in the same boat! How can this many consumers be overcharged by a company with out any actions from the company or the BBB they processed the payment of 34.99 on 1/12/2023 and received the funds, then charged me 2 more times on 1/18/2023. That is 34.99 correctly charged and 69.98 that was over charged! on 1/25/2023 they attempted to charge my account another time in which it was not processed because im negative due to the over charges now on 1/30/2023 the charged me again 34.99 so im down so they have no hit my account 104.97 in over charges and have attempted 5 different times to charge me for a subscription that was paid successfully the first time!!!!!

    Last month they tried to charge me 34.99 after nor using the site for several weeks. I never purchased anything but they forced me to put my credit card on file to send a free post card. Today(1/17/2023) they charged me .99c and I haven't been on the site since December after I cussed them out for fraudulent charges and charged back my credit card. They refused to delete my account and it wouldn't let me remove my card. Come to find out the inmate I sent the post card to never even got it. This id a scam. There is no customer service. Only sales people to run you around and try to extort money from you when they cold transfer you to a dead end.

    They have charged my card without authorization. I signed up for the 3-month unlimited subscription a month ago and they've charged my card for a second time.

    Not one stinking star! They advertised unlimited calls and several letters a month even photos. My nephew got there December fifth and I already have nine charges of $19.99. Can’t afford this. Do yourself a favor look before you leap.

    This company takes advantage of people who are trying to contact their loved ones in prison. There is nothing free about the 3 day free trial forever free account. They say 3 days free and $11.66 a month for 3 months. I was charged $1.00, then $34.99 the first month. I never received any service from them. I didn't even want it. I called for days till I talked to someone who told me they would refund my money and cancel out my account. I didn't see the refund on my account after 14 days. Then another charge for $34.99, so i emailed them to find out the status of my refund and what was going on. After a week worth of emails back and forth, they said it would take 7 to 10 business days for the refund. Since then, one more charges for $34.99 from this company. That is $105.97 in a little less than three months. This is the exact wording copied from the site. Try Pigeonly for Free, Love it Forever Start your 3 day free trial, then $11.66/mo after. That's $34.98 for three months. They don't have a plan that costs 34.99 a month , but that is what they charged my card for three times. I hope the next person looking for their loved one in prison doesn't fall victim to pigeonly.

    Signed up for the three free day trial on Dec. 20th and my banking account was charged $19.99 the next day. Contacted the company immediately and the representative said I would be refunded the money within 3 - 7 business days. I told her I wanted to deactivate my account and she said she would set it up so it would automatically deactivate on the 3rd day. I checked my banking account on Dec. 23 and it said there was a $34. 99 withdrawl pending from Pigeonly. It was after 8 pm so no one was available from support.. Dec 24 apparently was holiday for them because when I attempted to call the service said they were closed for the holiday. On Dec. 26 I checked my bank account and the $34.99 had been withdrawn and there was another $34.99 charge pending. My cellphone has now been deactivated because I could not pay my bill for fear of my account being overdrawn. I can't believe these people they are victimizing people who can least afford to be victimized. Seriously most people who are using this service don't have a whole lot of money. I know I don't, that's why I signed up for the free trial. I have sent three emails, one each time I have discovered charges had been made to my account that were not authorized by me and not what I agreed to when I signed up, I am now on the phone with support and she said they would authorize a refund in 3-4 weeksl I told her I needed to speak with a supervisor because I could not wait that long I need the money to pay my car insurance and have been placed on hold. I am so thoroughly disgusted with this service especially after reading these reviews about this company on this site. This corporation is taking advantage of people and needs to be shut down. I plan on contacting Department of Corrections and letting them know about the unethical business practices this company is using. It seems like they are the ones that need to be in prison. I have to leave 1 star otherwise review wont be posted .

    Just started pigeonly this month got scammed 6 times had to have my debit card account shut off.I shouldn’t have to but my bank will take care of it ,almost drug my account negative I’m definitely not impressed that the state chose to go with them to send letters to inmates.
