  During and after the pandemic, I gained about 40lb and it was taking a toll on my health (blood pressure, joints, back, feeling heavy and tired). I tried things like steps/activity tracking, pilates with daily walks, and the gym and I was always good at eating healthy foods, but I found I didn't eat healthy amounts of them and that I didn't give my body enough rest. V Shred has been a life changing set of resources for me. So far I've dropped from 240lb to 173lb and look and feel healthy (my family, friends, and doctor agree.). I've only tried V Shred's custom meal plan combined with their online exercise resources (Fat Loss Extreme for about 6months then added the abs and arms packages later). The program shifted my mindset from "tracking" (passive) to "planning" (owning). I made it my responsibility to find the time to do groceries and prepare the meals for the day (or have healthy snacks available) and find the right time each day to exercise (varies every day). I'm also explicitly reminded to rest, sleep, and drink water, and I eat every 2-3h so I'm never hungry. The online workouts only take about 18min 4x a week and 15-30min of cardio 3x a week, so it never feels like a burden, quite the opposite. It feels good to do them, both physically and psychologically. My coach Jordan and other past coaches Shane and Jose have been instrumental in my journey. They plan the meals and recipes, make adjustments, provide substitutions, feedback and suggestions and always seem to be there when you need support. The meal ingredients follow my preferences and are thing that we can find in any store. Overall, I think the program not only re-educated some of my habits, but also effectively removed barriers to reaching my health goals.

  0 stars first of all. They promise alot of stuff, but don't give it to you. There is no customer service, I've called sent emails and no response. I've tried to cancel membership but to no avail. This company is an absolute joke.

  As a diabetic I ordered 1 bottle because I couldn’t find the specific amounts of ingredients. They are NOT beneficial to my health issues. I have tried to cancel a subscription I didn’t know I had. There is no way to cancel. I have emailed. I have called. I did not want this products nor the 6 other bottles (all unopened) that I can’t get rid of. This company is slimy.

  Tried to purchase for $57 on line, but was forced to watch multiple videos with no escape and warnings to not hit the back button or risk being double billed. After wasting a lot of time, I couldn't stand it any longer and hit the back button until I got to where I could delete my personal/credit card information. I will post again if they manage to put through a charge on my card.

  I was at first encouraged and ready to start what appeared to be a solid logical get toned program after listening to the first video however, when they didn't leave me alone NOR would they just let you get on with the business of completing the transaction but FORCED you to either start over or listen to yet another long winded sales pitch for even more products I become discouraged then enraged. I tolerated the second video by just doing other things half listening but it was at least 15 more minutes of sales. But then I clicked "no thank you " and it started in again with "another" offer and another long winded video with no way out of the system without worrying that you would be charged for nothing. I hesitate usually to make transactions online but always quickly get out of the browser and restart my computer to lessen exposure time since computer techie gave me this advice. Vshred was holding not only my computer captive but my credit card too. I despise pressure salesman and this did not start out to be that way but ended up very much that way. I plan to immediately request refund and to contact my credit card company if one more up sale is attempted.

  My coach seemed to be pretty engaged at first; however it has taken her quite sometime to update my meal plan. I know I am not the only one she is coaching, however, being new to the program has left my impression very low. As of yesterday my plan still has not been updated.   Courtney is awesome! He is very responsive to questions and concerns. I’m stopping my custom plans not due to him but I now feel more comfortable crafting my meals to meet my macros. I also like the workouts on the monthly plan so will probably sign up for that. He did a great job!

  I started V shred almost 8 weeks ago and I was assigned David ******* as my trainer. At first I wasn't sure if David was an actual person but after my first email to him I quickly realized he was. David has been such an important part of my fitness journey. He has truly been amazing. He always responds to my emails with any questions or concerns. He cheers me on and points out the positive in weeks where I feel like i didn't do so well. He's adjusted my menu when I've needed a change and has been available for me every step of they way. Overall my experience with the Vshred program has been really good. I'm finishing my 8th week and I'm down 11 pounds. This program isn't a miracle program. It takes a lot of discipline and work but unlike other programs I've done; the hard work has paid off! I've been extremely happy with the my experience this far!
