  I have been working with my coach for a little over 2 weeks now and she has been great! She always replies to my emails right away and answers all my questions. The meal plan she set up for me has been delicious foods and when there’s something's I get tired of she recommends me other things to replace it with. So far my experience has been great and I have no reason not to be confident that I will be successful in my weight loss goals with her as my coach!

  I just started my exercise and diet plan program two weeks ago. Allie G is my coach and I couldn’t ask for better. I have severe food allergies and she was still able to help me set up an enjoyable meal plan with variety. I have eaten so many eggs, rice and bananas over the last two years that I thought I’d have to live the rest of my life like that. Allie has shown me I don’t have to anymore. She is quick to respond and really cares about helping me. She buoys me up when I need it and keeps me motivated. I will recommend her and the program to anyone I can.

  Great intro and follow up by Zech, my assigned coach, so far following his recommendations I was able to loss 1KG in the first week, also decreasing % of fat. Great expirience so far.
  My only recommendation is to clarify when someone is buying a program to specify the content, I got the 90 day ripped promo, all started great but, 2 days ago and just after 2 weeks, I received a notification saying that my routines and custom diet where close be finalized after the first month and, if I want to continue, I have the option to enroll into the monthly support, so it is not clear for me if the 90 days ripped program covers for 90 days or just the first month in terms of the custom diet plan.

  I absolutely love what the V Shred program has to offer. I purchased the base plan and added a custom meal plan and I have been so happy with the ease of eating according to my plan. My fabulous coach assigned is Stacy and she has been totally on top of switching things out of my custom food plan and also providing guidance on so many other questions I have had. I am primarily doing the Female Fat Loss Extreme program along with Master Classes. It is probably the easiest food and exercise plan I have ever followed and I am loosing weight. I have metabolic challenges so I am learning so much about how I should be eating. I am one of those people that does not feel hunger often, so my food intake was way below what my custom plan has me eating. That has been the most difficult part for me is eating as much food as my body needs to lose weight. The only trouble I have had so far is ordering protein from the V Shred app. It gives me an error so I am unable to complete my purchase. The other thing that is a bit annoying is the amount of marketing emails that are sent daily. My coach helped me with those as well! Other than these few things, I highly recommend this program to anyone who needs to begin incorporating healthy eating and exercise into their life - a 18-20 minute workout is soooooo doable! Add a few walks a week and you are golden.

  I was a little skeptical at first after seeing the adds continuously pop up on ********. I started to look into it some and decided to give it a try. I’m a 40 year old male that started out at around 178lbs, and was lacking energy and just didn’t feel up to my potential. After signing up for a workout program and custom meal plan, Marcus was assigned as my coach. Right from the beginning he was there to answer any questions that I had with a quick response every time. He fined tuned my meal plan to fit my likes and every meal has been great. Now a little over 2 weeks in I’m down 8lbs, lost noticeable inches in a couple areas, have started already to see definition, and feel amazing. One of the best things with this is that they also send you a “at home workout” that makes it really easy to do right at home with minimal equipment needed. I would highly recommend giving this a try.

  I’ve had a great experience so far with my trainer Emma! I’ve been working with her for 2 months currently and am in my 3rd month with her. I am using the 1:1 coaching and personalized work outs and have lost about 10 pounds, gaining muscle and am able to start seeing some definition. Emma has been very helpful and responsive through the process. 10/10!

  I signed up for Vshed and was told that I would receive a password in a future email to login to the app that would allow me to access the $297 worth of items that I got for free and to start the workout for which I paid $57. Instead of getting an email with the password, I have received numerous emails offering more packages, one more thing to help me to "achieve my desired results." I thought that some of the before and afters looked like two different people, now I am concerned that my suspicions may be true. I wish I had read the reviews first. I also purchased the Burn supplement but after reading the reviews I am suspicious that the claims will be true.
