Iulia has been so helpful in keeping me on track with my goals. She always gets back to me in a timely manner with encouragement or tips. Company deceptive in their claims, poor customer service, SCAM!!.
I signed up with Vshred 11/26/2023. I paid $2,000 for the program. I was told I had nothing to loose with their 90days or a full refund policy (-$124 meal plan) .
I rec'd multiple emails from "trainers" with generic exercise plans and meal planning. Nothing appeared tailored to me specifically as they claim.
-On 1/21/2024, I sent an email requesting to cancel and get a refund for $1,876 ($2,000 minus the initial $124 meal plan). This program was not working for me. I thought I was going to be able to make a change in my life. I lost my husband, 2 months prior, and I thought this program would help me. Unfortunately my grieving has made it difficult for me to process life, let alone work this program, and I just am unable to do the program at this point. I requested a refund as I was within the 90 refund window.
-On 1/31/2024, Logan (Success coordinator) emailed me simply stating I would receive a refund of $700. No further explanation offered.
-I emailed back questioning the $700 and stated that was not acceptable. The program was useless to me and I wasn't working the program nor would I be in the future.
-On 02/05/2024, I emailed Vshred again after no response.
-Logan simply responded that I needed to fill out refund form. He sent attachment with form.
-I filled out the form and submitted it to Vshred fully expecting refund of $1,876.
-On 2/16/202 I emailed Vshred about status of refund and lack of response.
-Logan responded stating that he emailed me on 2/5/24 stating i needed to fill out refund form and sent attachment again.
-I emailed back stating I already submitted form on 2/5/2024
On 2/23/2024, I still no refund nor any response from Vshred. I sent last email demanding my refund and explained I would consult an attorney if no response and refund is issued in a timely manner.
Today is day 90 from my signing up. I canceled in a timely manner. I expect a refund as promised!V Shred, LLC

I've been working with the coach Iulia ****, she's been amazing. She is always quick to respond, answers all of my questions where it's easy for me to understand. She's been very helpful with any adjustments I need and has given me ways to work around my busy schedule for me to stay on track. So far, so good!
I'm a 70-year-old grandmother that has decided I want to be healthy. My coach, Sarah S. and I have a great thing going. The "Custom Meal Plan" makes my life so much better, and the fact that she even supplies the shopping list makes things even easier. The menus are easy to prepare and follow, but I will admit, I have not followed it strictly. That's because I live in Louisiana, and I have been busy with Mardi Gras.
So far, I have additionally purchased the Protein Powder, both Vanilla and Chocolate. Sarah has some great Protein Shakes on my meal plan that I have at Snack Time or when I am too busy for lunch.
On average, I try to exercise at least 3 times a week, and the habit is building, so I can see me increasing that to at least 4 times a week. I will say getting up and down off the floor isn't as easy in my 70's, but I'm moving...and I get a good laugh at myself.
Another thing I like about Sarah; she checks in to see how I am doing, keeps giving me positive vibes and holds me accountable. I need and like that.
I've lost 6 lbs in about 5 weeks and I like how things are going. Baby steps but progress.
